Lovely experience at Beauty Secrets. Very professional, friendly staff who did their utmost to ensure I was happy and satisfied with the service. I had an extremely relaxing facial, it was like a slice of heaven. I would highly recommend.

I had a head massage which was amazing. I was made to feel comfortable and it was really relaxing. I came to the salon with a headache and a slight stiff head. At the end of the massage I felt all stiffness gone and head just felt empty and headache gone.

Tavi is such a lovely, kind and warm beauty therapist. Having a bikini wax isn’t exactly the most glamorous or painless treatment but Tavi ensures you feel at ease and chats to you throughout. Well deserved 5 stars :)

Nikita gave an amazing massage, she checked in with me about the pressure level throughout and gave a lot of deep pressure which I was happy with, the tension around my shoulders definitely improved afterwards and it just felt really nice and luxurious. I also had a facial which was lovely and she gave me some great tips about skincare. Face felt very glowy and moisturised afterwards, would highly recommend overall! I used a voucher I won for this session, but I am planning to go back for a similar treatment every now again because it was so good :)

Just had my 1st professional waxing and was a little bit nervous. When I arrived, I was received with a warm greeting from the ladies. Tavi is such a kind professional! She did a wonderful job, talked to me through the whole process and patiently answered some of my questions. Honestly it was a great experience and I would recommend.
