I recently rented wedding attire for the groomsmen. Although they were mostly helpful throughout the process, they do work with an external company (Peter Posh) for the clothing, and communication throughout could have been improved. There wasn't much confidence in the items being ready before the date. Returns process involved a call on the morning of the final day suggesting I would be charged if not returned by lunchtime - something previously never mentioned - again, just a communications issue. Clothing on the whole was as expected.
