I went into the store today, feeling miserable and exhausted from work, and Sunny greeted me with a happy smile and some FREEEE red bull because he said he likes to see his customers happy. It’s really the little things in life! Thanks Sunny 🩵

Good selection off products and food catering for the whole community and also passing trade. Always very polite and could customer service skills and always go out of their way to help including if the do not have the item that you require in stock they will get it in within 2 days of request.

I’ve been their customer from past years and never had any issues. They have Great products and provide wonderful service. I am shocked people are so jealous and leaving bad reviews for this wonderful shop.

Very rude. How You can tell customer very good, don't come again. Never again buy nothing in this shop. People who don't have education open they business but first they need to learn manners and how to first talk to customers. We are in England.

I spend over £100 per week in this shop and I have been for 18 months, today my son brought a small toy for £2 and it broke within a couple of minutes… when we went back I asked the man ( sonny ) to swap it for another one and he point blank refused!! I know this may seem silly but when you spend over £100 in a local shop every week you would expect the owner to be a bit more reasonable when it comes to an exchange for a broken item for an 11 year old kid!!

I’ll take my money elsewhere from now on… I hope the £2 exchange was worth the hundreds in profit that my business would have brought you sonny!!

Sent my daughter get Grocery, she got it slightly wrong, went back to return, would not refund, they only have exchange policy! not good customer service.

Disgusting service. Would not replace a kids defective toy. Would never use this shop again
