Pondtail Surgery

Got a physio appointment the same day as logging a request through NHS website. Good friendly service, on time.

Gosh Pond Tail. You've only gone and done it.

There was clearly lots for you all to do there in order to bring our Surgery up to even a fairly decent standard from days gone by. Personally i would have been happy even with a small advance on the way things were prior to all the changes. All rather cold and grumpy back then, with many of the Team not appearing to really enjoy their work too much? I know i was not alone in my perception.

Anyway, 'nuff said about all that. Thankfully, that's all in the past now and we can look forward to consistency of Team so we know who we're chatting with, and......maybe even enjoy a laugh or two along the way?

I'm thinking of writing a book "surgeries can be fun". I'll keep you posted.

I have found the practice has greatly improved and I always find the staff, nurses and GPS very helpful, caring and attentive.

What a lovely lady Jules is ..phoned as my prescription was not in pharmacy and she said doctor needs to sign it off and leave with her ..she went above and beyond called me back and said the doctor has signed off now and can pick up from my pharmacy..thanks so much

I have always found the surgery helpful when I have phoned or have gone in for an appointment. Dr Malik has taken time to make sure I got the right care and support I needed to improve my health and wellbeing. I am very thankful to everyone at Pond tail Surgery.
