I had Scott and his team come in to remove carpet and vinyl and replace with Karndean tiles. They did an excellent job, kept me updated throughout the process and were accurate in their time estimates. Would recommend to others looking to have any kind of flooring work done.

Surrey Carpet and Flooring recently installed a new vinyl floor over old vinyl in my kitchen. It's something I had been wanting to do for a long time as the old floor was horrid and tatty. I had struggled to find a design I even slightly liked despite looking around long and hard, and I was also worried about the installation, as it would have to go on on top of the old floor, and this had the potential to be problematic.
Scott was very patient and helpful from the initial appointment, despite all my indecision and nerves, and it all happened very quickly and smoothly from there. They found a solutions to overcome all the challenges during the installation and the new floor looks great, is lovely underfoot, and was great value for money.

Scott and his team laid our carpets beautifully, they worked solidly from 10am - 6.30 covering 2 rooms. Hardworking, trustworthy and I wouldnt hesitate in recommending them again, appreciate all your energy in doing a great job, Thank you Scott and team.

Scott is a talented professional who's services are above par to all other floorers within Guildford/Godalming. He did a fantastic job at a reasonable cost in making our bedroom breathable again! Besides the skills alone, he maintains cleanliness in his work to a high standard. We will be using his services again late spring as we want our second bedroom to match.

Scott answered my initial message within 24hrs and he responded promptly to following phone calls. He turned up when he said he would. This was a small job replacing an incorrect door bar/threshold but he came at the end of a long and hot day. He did the job beautifully and before starting he explained clearly what the finish would look like. As it was a replacement to an incorrect situation, he explained where the finished bar would be, not where he’d normally hope it would sit. I’m very happy with the finished job and would definitely call him again if I need further flooring. His price was very reasonable.

Scott and the guys turned up promptly first thing in the morning and got straight to work. They did a very thorough job and offered to do a few extra bits for us that weren't originally discussed, free of charge. Would highly recommend!

Scott also assisted me in choosing a carpet, by providing information and multiple samples with patience and courtesy even though I was indecisive. He took a great deal of trouble to help me find the carpet that would work in our house and which we would be happy with long term.

As we are currently renovating our house, we will return to Scott in a few months to fit carpet and flooring in two bedrooms. Scott and Chris are both highly professional and skilled, and very pleasant to work with. I thoroughly recommend them.

We had searched around and consulted several flooring companies from the start, but we finally chose the team of Scott as he was the only one taking our urge seriously and tried his best to arrange an earlier appointment out of their busy working schedule. He was skillful enough that met our need in laying the luxury vinyl elegantly in our desired pattern, which was in fact previously turned down by other flooring companies. From the planning stage to the installation of best quality flooring for our bathrooms Scott and the team did a great job. Meticulous attention to detail, communication, coping with supplier difficulties and working long hours to get the job done on time, couldn't have been better. Scott has been absolutely brilliant to work with - right from the initial meetings to understand what kind of flooring would work for us, making that decision to the implementation. A week after, we continue to be extremely happy with how beautiful our floors look. Being an older property, there were quite a few interesting bits and it was all not straightforward but it was wonderful to see Scott tackling them so well.
