Took my Hybrid Giant bicycle to Lky7sports in Ashford for a service and replace a missing spoke. True the rear wheel and replace worn brake cables. Having visited lky7sports many times previously this time was no different. David and Craig so helpful and friendly. The shop is so convenient just two miles from home. They always are so helpful and if I need some advice they always help.
My little way of helping them is to do these posts and telling friends to use them for their bicycle requirements. Word of mouth is so important. It's how I found out through a friend.

Recently bought a second hand bike from Lky7 Sports during lockdown and couldn't be happier. They went above and beyond throughout the whole process, great communication, highly knowledgeable and fast delivery in exceptional circumstances. Since then I've recommended them to a few friends as I know they'll be in good hands!

I’ve not used this company for any of the sports stuff, but every year they sell fireworks and I have to say you can’t go wrong with them. I wouldn’t trust anyone else in the area other than these guys.
Customer service is top notch, you tell them what you want and they will advise you your best options. They never go out of their way to sell their most expensive fireworks.

Visited to see e-bikes for sale, was able to look and try for size and have now purchased my Merida e-speeder from the shop. So happy with the service and experience. Thank you so much all at LKY7 Sports once again, you’re all great. 👍🏻

Had a problem with my headset, took my bike in and was repaired in 5 minutes free of charge. Definitely would recommend

Was having a few issues with my ancient bike having not rid it for a few years.
The gentleman had a look at it, tightened my brakes, resolved an issue with the gears and fixed the hand grip, all for free. Thank you so much. Great service by a family run business.

Highly recommended, good value and excellent service. I had issues with Giant Liv and Specialized Sirrus bikes so we had a service, including new brakes, new chains and rear cassettes fitted. Also got a good deal on a Bell bicycle helmet.

What a lovely team including the beautiful pooch. I brought in two bikes for a service and when I picked them up I had that excitement you get from buying a new bike without the guilt of the cost! They felt like brand new and were so smooth to ride. Such excellent service and value for money. My new favourite bike shop

My Initial order had a few problems, this was due to their system being down, they went above and beyond to not only rectify but also make up for this delay.

The biggest thing you can judge a shop on is their reaction to a problem and angry customer (me).

I’d highly recommend this shop for bikes. My boyfriend brought his bike here & they were great. I popped in today as had lost the springs fr the front wheel (quick release part) they gave me 2 springs for this, no cost! That doesn’t happen often. Lovely people. 😀👍

Dropped in to get my gears index - great service, good atmosphere. Coco the puppy was in great form - and they didn't even charge me!! Will be back

Took my road bike in for what I thought needed a full service. They were great, had a look at the bike told me what needed doing, and said I didn’t need a full service this time around! Great honest bike shop, not out to cheat you! Since then I’ve used them on a regular basis, brilliant workmanship and extremely knowledgeable!

Update: They refunded my money because there was a shipping issue.

Been using these guys for a few years now. Friendly family run business, always feel at home walking in there. Recently sent my bike in for a rebuild from Mechanical to Di2. The work these guys done was second to none. Really happy with the service given and attention to every little detail. Highly recommend these guys!

Took my bike in as I was experiencing some brake rub on my new bike. The lad readjusted the callipers and fixed the issue quickly. Even tightened up my bike seat for me as it was loose. I offered to pay but he said to not worry about it. Top quality service and friendly staff, will be sure to bring my bike here if I have any more problems.

Recently purchased a Merida Reacto 4000 and I am thrilled with it. Stunning bike, great service, fast delivery and great support from the owner. One of the sons looks a bit scary but he’s a gent really and the other pretty one is a serious cyclist hot on the heals of Cavendish! A lovely family business, run well and will aim to use these guys again & again. Top Notch
