Specsavers Opticians and Audiologists - Egham

Out of all the Specsavers I’ve been to, this team is one of the nicest and most helpful you will ever meet. As an East Asian, I’ve always struggled to find the right glasses due to smaller nose bridge and shorter distance with the ears. One female staff specifically (I didn’t get her name, unfortunately) helped me throughout my visits to adjust and recommended which glasses to go for. Very patient, understanding, and kind. I’m so thankful for the whole team. Definitely come here if you need help finding the perfect pair of glasses. Great team, management, and very professional. 10/10 recommend.

Booked my appointment online and the team picked up on the form that I’d had a change in my vision. They called me straight away and booked an urgent same day appointment to check it was nothing sinister. All test showed all was ok. I appreciated the intervention as your vision is so important to look after.Great staff and was very well cared for. Thank you!

Friendly, expert , efficient service when I took my elderly, vulnerable Mother in gor new glasses. New glasses made and delivered as promised.

Exceptionally friendly, kind, skilled and professional staff. My latest visit was the second time I have had an exam at this clinic. I live in France but make a point to specifically time my eye exams with my trips to England so I can visit the Egham Spec Savers.

My partner took my sunglasses in to be repaired this morning. Not only was it done quickly it was done with no charge.
Whilst she is a customer of the shop I am not sure they knew that and they didn’t ask.
Whilst it was only a minor repair it is great to see this level of service on the High St.
I am (unfortunately) in the market for my first pair of reading glasses soon and this is definitely where I will be going now.

They went above and beyond with the eye test and sorting my contact lenses issue out.

I have recently come back from getting my first contact lenses. The young girl took me through the process over the past few appointments and has been especially helpful today when giving me a tutorial on how to wear and use the contact lenses. Very kind and patient.

The staff here are always very kind. Hence why I travel from Windsor to come here.

Collected my reading glasses this morning. Attended to by Geoff who was extremely affable & professional-quite the opposite of the dour advisor at a different opticians where I unfortunately purchased prescription lenses for sunglasses. A mention for Katy who last week was very thorough, friendly & helpful in finding suitable reading glasses for me. Great service at Egham Specsavers.

Went there for my Father's DVLA license eye test as he is over 82. Staff very pleasant especially Ms. Ng. who was very professional and had a very good bedside manner - if one can use that expression in this environment! Although Egham looks a bit tired this Optician certainly brightens the place up !

I never thought the day would come where i need glasses but my whole experience couldnt have been any better. I would like to say a massive public thank you to Craig! This guy gave me the best customer service I have ever experienced. After discovering that I need glasses, Craig came over to my rescue and stood there with me deciding on what glasses to pick - I was uming and aring for way too long ! (Once again, sorry Craig!) He kept on putting me at ease and giving me honest feedback about each pair.

Always get great service here, popped in today to get two pairs of glasses adjusted, even though they were busy the staff happily accommodated me and did a great job, plus they followed safety procedures 100%.

In yesterday to change my bifocals for a multi purpose normal lens. It was all sorted no trouble no extra cost in friendly professional way

During the covid pandemic, Craig at Egham has been delightfully helpful at every point, for every question I've had he has had an answer, and the whole Egham team have things running smoothly.
