My favourite shop :)) Shop here every week from years. Thank you Waitrose for the excellent customer service!!

Called in this morning for some Bartenders Friend. I learnt that
Waitrose Caterham don’t stock it (but think Sanderstead does)
Nevertheless I had some very excellent customer service from a tall gent who went out of his way to try and help me.
Thank you sir, I will return!

Nothing to comment about Waitrose and shopping experience. It's same quality and experience as any other Waitrose shops. I got everything I needed and was not super busy. Staffs were polite and extremely helpful. What I liked was how easy it was to access the shop and parking facilities. Free parking in a Multilevel car park, LG and G floor for Waitrose and I believe level 1 for rail users/commuters. Parking is free for 1.5 hrs.

Excellent Service, wide choice, good parking and knowledgeable team .Also it’s not as expensive as you might think. What more could you want from your local supermarket.

a well stocked supermarket with plenty of variety. it has it's own parking which is free for 1.50 hours, just be mindful though as it is very narrow to get between the floors. conveniently situated in the centre of the town.

I do like this store but it can sometimes get a bit too busy for my liking however that is expected. Personally I really like the personal touch in the way that when the staff get to know you a bit or they've seen you in the store before they will say hi and anything they can to help you out. I feel like this is Waitrose & Partners' particular way of showing they value you as a customer...and it makes a difference.

This store has adequate space in the multi-storey car-park for Waitrose customers only - but non waitrose customers parking there too potentially reduces the no.of spaces available.. Be careful though as there is a system in place to stop non waitrose customers parking here (I'm not currently sure what) but I've known people to get fines and tickets.

Waitrose customers get a certain amount of time free parking in the carpark - I couldn't tell you how long at the moment.

Overall I find the store to be clean, well laid out and with a good selection of stock.

The staff are always willing to help... it would be helpful if the number of staff serving at the checkouts were to be increased at certain times though...

As ive noticed there are times when only one or two checkouts are open, so the queue at those checkouts are too long & take quite some time ~ it's something that's more or an issue if (like myself) you have chronic pain or an invisible illness as standing in any queue for a long period of time will only exacerbate this type of chronic condition.

This is a problem that occurs pretty much everywhere, but its definitely something that could do with being looked in to.

Good Waitrose, not the biggest but had good selection, most veg and meat, fish options. Spices and herbs good. Fresh bread etc. Large wine, beer and spirits section. Good parking and easy access to Caterham town center

Always lovely with a sensible temperature & interesting food choices

Good selection of fresh fruit and veg alongside a very efficient use of space aisle-wise which allows for an excellent selection of various goods from spices to beauty products. Product placement makes sense and prevents confusion and the product quality is excellent for the price.

Waitrose have different foods to try and unique cheeses that I have been trying out during lockdown. I am delighted at their wide range of food and drink. Their staff are always friendly and helpful. I enjoy shopping here.

A great branch of Waitrose - well stocked with a full range and very friendly helpful staff. Good deli / fresh meat / fresh fish counter. Adequate car park though most spaces rather small and tarmac in poor condition.

Situated next to the railway station in the heart of the town, this well stocked store has plenty to offer. There is a wide range of fresh foods, convenience foods and non-foods too.The staff are helpful and friendly and the store is clean and well maintained.

I shop here regularly; good produce, especially fresh meat and fruit and veg - better than you'll find in any other supermarket.
Nice clean store, friendly staff, all goods laid out sensibly, so very easy to get around.

I wanted to say huge thank you to an amazing senior Waitrose staff in Caterham Guy and Sharon for being so prompt in organising me help to change my flat tyre whilst being stuck in a Waitrose car park!!Much appreciated x

Always polite,helpful. Pity shop could not increase in size or add a passage to extension where Lidl was going.??? Lost my John Lewis/Waitrose card. Don't do online yet.julia Mackenzie CR3 6 HE.

Good size with plenty of stock, including most organic varieties. Helpful staff. Plenty of car parking spaces.

Always go to waitrose for my fave and yummy shopping. They're bread is amazing. As is the meat and fish counter. Good choice of wine and friendly staff,

Not very busy but running out of fruit, veg and salad stuff. Not too bad on other shelves.
