It was a lovely lady at the check out who presented me a bunch of daffodils on Waitrose. What a heart warming gesture! Little kindness like that make a such a big difference to your wellbeing!

Not a big branch but it has a good selection and is easy to navigate around. Very friendly staff

Very nice staff, good car park with plenty of spaces. Definitely recommended.

Store is O.K. for a few everyday articles but can't imagine doing a big shop. it's very limited on choice. Staff are all very helpful and polite.

Excellent customer service. I have recently had major surgery and the young lady (Alana )who served me has been absolutely amazing every time I am in the store she carries my basket and helps me carry my shopping to the car I was even gifted a bunch of flowers. I now shop solely in Waitrose Addlestone because of this young lady Alana is so sweet and helpful. All the staff in the Addlestone store are lovely but I want to say a huge Thank you to Alana for making shopping (especially after major surgery) an absolute pleasure

I wanted to share my story as it has such a beautiful outcome to a very sad tale. I purchased a product which was sadly spoiled and had to be thrown away. I contacted customer services and explained that had I eaten it the results could have been catastrophic, I am recovering from a serious medical procedure. I received 2 vouchers, the first one was for the price of the meat and with the second voucher they totalled £23.20.
I went to Waitrose today and had a lovely conversation with the cashier called Gillian(Gilly) and just as I was saying goodbye she presented me with a lovely bunch of flowers and wished me well with my recovery.
I can honestly say that Gilly is a credit to Waitrose and I thank her so much for her kindness.

What wonderful service at this store. The staff are always helpful and go the extra mile to ensure you find whatever you need.
Today they totally surpassed themselves when my shopping was gifted to me. I was quite overwhelmed by this kind gesture.

Great shop actually has good deals reductions and prices on a wide range of products even though it might look small. The bakery is fantastic and there's a good lunch section. Lots of parking and it's always organised and clean

First we must accept it is a small convenience store. So do not expect the full range of products.
However customer service and friendliness is second to none. Please note Shift Manager Nikki was extremely helpful and made a real difference. In fact it is wonderful to actually meet someone who loves there job like she obviously does.

A huge thank you to the lady who served me on the till today at 12:30 when I popped in to grab lunch. I was shocked to receive my lunch for free as a goodwill gesture and was almost in tears. she was so lovely and i didn't even have to queue. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Just remember you are doing an amazing job too not just us who work for the NHS. This lady really made me smile with her kindness. Big clap for Addlestone Waitrose staff tonight xx

This shop may be small but has plenty in it! Lots of choice of food, fresh veg and fruit! It has an in house bakery and you can get coffee in here! The staff are always happy and friendly and also helpful if you need it!

Good food and service. Can find some great deals here. The staff are great, but unfortunately some people abuse the trust the store gives them and are prone to petty theft

Considering this is a smaller shop the variety is excellent.
Fresh bread, sandwiches, good selection of fresh biscuits & pastries. Good selection of everything you could want.

Go here almost every day, I have never had a problem in this shop. Every staff member has been helpful and friendly

Visit Waitrose quite often, very polite and helpful staff, food gr8 I buy my gluten free bread here and fruit and veg it seems to keep very well.

Waitrose has everything that I need. Staff are friendly and helpful.
