Halfords - Guildford

I bought a child car seat online from Guildford Halfords after looking through the all options and requested a fitting demonstration.
The service I received was second to none. Mat could not have been more helpful- he expertly fitted the seat, should me how to adjust the straps etc and patiently answered all my questions.
I would highly recommend this service to anyone who needs a new child seat.

We went into this store today to buy 2 light bulbs for our car and have them fitted. The guy that served us and fitted the bulbs was one of the supervisors and was such a really nice guy. Very helpful and knowledgeable and is a credit to the company. Well done for amazing customer service.

Greeted by a very pleasant young man, who was aware of my click and collect order and collected it straight away. Once paperwork was signed, he kindly carried it all the way to my car for me! And all this just an hour after I had made the order online!

Went to halfords today to buy a car seat for a 2yr old and was helped by a guy called Adam.He was incredibly helpful ,efficient and very knowledeable.He was also excellent when it came to demonstrating how to fit the carseat and very patient!! Fantastic customer service,thanks Adam

I recently had occasion to find what i now know is called a swivel seat. I approached a chap who was stacking shelves. What a revelation he was. He got his phone out instantly, fond exactly what i was after, had to arrange for one to be sent to the Guildford store, ....Bingo, I got it a couple of days later. Oh yes, his name, 'Jaspal' if you see him please convey my thanks to him. Great service.

Excellent experience today at Halfords. Booked a slot for my fog light bulbs to be replaced. The bulbs were replaced quickly and the service was fantastic. Highly recommend, great value for money and excellent customer service.

Great experience. Needed new headlights, walked in, and was sorted incredibly quickly. Mohammad was fantastic, super fast, and efficient and even suggested I buy an MOT which came with free replacement, saving me money.

Had headlight bulb replaced. Excellent service by knowledgable, polite staff. Also received free oil, coolant, wipers check and topped up my washer fluid. Great value for money too. Will def be using again.

I received excellent service from Halfords Guildford! Went in to purchase new wiper blades. I was informed that a technician could fit them and also do a car check, which was free when i joined the Halfords Motoring Club. Great customer service, couldn't recommend highly enough! Thank you
