I bought an iPhone 12 Pro Max a few months ago. I paid a very fair price for considering it was under 12 months old. An excellent shop to deal with I’ve got to give them a BIG 5 STARS. Keep up the great work

Fantastic staff. Have bought phones from them and they are so knowledgeable and take time to explain everything. I had a problem with my Facebook app this week and the staff were wonderful on both days that I came in. They sorted the problem for me. I would definitely recommend this shop in Wrexham to everyone. Will always get my custom.

I am a 69 years old lady and I know very little about technology. I have visited this shop three times requiring help with my computer and mobile 'phone. They have always been extremely helpful, friendly and charge me a fair price. I would recommend the Dog 'n' Bone to anyone, but especially to pensioners.

Good customer service - I contacted the the Oswestry branch ( as I coundn't get through to the Wrexham one ) to enquire about Ipad screen replacement prices. I was quoted low prices that turned out to be £45 too low. The guys did their best to help out in this situation even though it wasn't their fault!

So Helpful - Saved me hundreds on a repair.

I went with my I phone because it wouldn’t charge. It turned out to be fluff in the charge port. They cleaned it out with no charge. On. Separate occasion, I also took my chrome book with a broken screen. They said, due to what it would cost, it’s not worth fixing. There would 2 opportunities to fleece me and make some money here, but they were honest which counts for a lot! Great service. Thank you!

Took my sons iPhone 6s to Dog ‘N’ Bone, Wrexham, with a shattered and partially unresponsive screen. I was quoted £40 to fix it. Left it with them and then collected it the next day. Superb as good as new with a 3 month warranty 👍🏽😀 Thank you. Highly recommended.

We always receive a great service at competitive prices. Most repairs completed in an hour or so. Great advice given too.
