Shapes Blink & Brow

Would never go anywhere else for my eyebrows and tinting. I always get a 5 star treatment from Dolly. The other girls are lovely too. I have had my eyebrows done in other places but nothing is as good as here. Dolly is so pleasant and cheerful. Would highly recommend.

I have been a client of Shapes Blink & Brow for over 6 years now, specifically of Dolly who I'm convinced must be the best eyebrow threader in the world!
Dolly, and all the ladies who work there, are absolute experts in this skilled craft and since starting going there my eyebrows have been transformed from an uneven overplucked mess into beautifully shaped thick looking brows, just by their skill at threading and tinting.
I'm amazed!

The location at at the top of the escalators in the Eastgate Centre is so convenient and I love how you can just turn up on the day without the hassle of pre booking appointments. Sometimes you have a short wait to get taken on busier days, but usually only a few minutes at most until one of the ladies are free.
Service is always polite, professional, hygienic and efficient.

I for one would be devastated if this business ever closed down.
Inverness will always need great eyebrows!!

Outstanding service ever time!!!

Disappointing. Rude service, dismissive attitude towards customers like it was a huge chore and you were not worth their time or effort but more than happy to take your money. Would not recommend and will definitely not be going back

Shocking! Won’t ever be going back again!
She was rude as soon as I got there and done the total opposite from what I asked for, once I told her nicely i wasn’t happy about them she started shouting at me telling me I’m just a young girl that she knows what I’m like and I just want money which is not the case! Also took photos off me and told me to never come back, I have a video off how she spoke to me it was the worst experience ever very rude and not professional in any shape off form.

The girl knew that she made my brows too dark with the henna; kept scrubbing my brows, told me they’ll lighten and charged me less for them as well.

Don't take any new customers so don't bother turning up. Rude and strange vibes.
