Sempar have been absolutely paramount to our business progression over the last few years. ​I recently made contact with Sempar after receiving a letter from HM​R​C which concerned me. The service I received from them from start to finish was exemplary. During my initial call I explained why I was calling and provided some details. I was advised by James that the information would be passed to Pete Rossiter who would contact me. Pete was extremely efficient and called me back as was promised and followed his call up with an email. Pete was extremely professional whilst also being approachable and understanding. During our calls he explained clearly what he required and provided advice in a friendly and non-condescending manner which immediately reassured me that I had come to the right place for help and advice.

The matter was swiftly dealt with once I had forwarded on the necessary documentation to Pete which he checked through and provided advice on and following a letter sent to HMRC, I received confirmation from HM​R​C that the matter was completed to their satisfaction.

I would have no hesitation recommending the services Sempar provides: they would certainly be my first port of call.
