Bought a Radley watch as a gift recently and the shop assistant was very helpful & friendly. The watch was a good price, lots of choice & I was really pleased with the service. I had been to Clarks Village looking but found a better selection on my doorstep.

Highly recommended 👌 took my watch in for a battery and was very good price. £5. They had trouble getting the back off at first, but a overnight workshop sorted it out. They put all my settings right which was brilliant. Very friendly staff and a lovely local business 😀 👌

What a fantastic find, I had been looking for a particular watch for a while and whilst they couldn't get it as it was unavailable they were so helpful and I purchased a great watch, excellent service, they deserve to do really well. 5 🌟

Sadly I can only give this business 1 star ⭐
Went into the shop today to exchange a necklace to be faced with “we don’t know how to do that”. Eventually they worked it out but then I was charged £5 more then the advertised price and then trying to get a refund on the extra was a nightmare. We walked away with the situation being resolved however after an hour of being in store for a simple procedure proved to cause unwanted stress. Also 2 weeks ago a sales representative said the manager would call us about a £400 ring and still waiting for a call back. Sorry to say this is a lost sale for Jools of Bridgwater. After this experience it reinforces my reasons to just buy online.
To make things better: better training, better customer service and just a, ‘if you say your going to do something then do it’
Sadly, We won’t be returning.
