One Stop

Great place to go and shop for items on a day like New Year's Day when other places aren't open like most supermarket. Will venture One Stop in West Street again. It's worth giving 5 🌟 for it and great exercise too.

Always friendly and helpful staff. Great range for a small shop with superstore matching prices and extra convenience. Ideal.

Very nice place to shop locally also if you're a visitor too as the shop has moved to bigger premises. Will go there again.

The best local shop by far, the only one with 5* food hygiene rating and supermarket competitive prices. AND they're always raising funds for local projects. 👍

I gave this store a rating about 2 years ago originally without giving a review. Google has now requested that I should add a review. Although I can't remember this particular visit I know I would have been happy with all aspects of it as I am every time, whether its for shopping or to drop off a parcel which needs to be delivered.

Barely ever has any stock.

Very disappointed about the parcel collection service. I went to collect a parcel at 7:45am to collect a parcel before going away. I was told I couldn't do that until 9, I the said that I can't do that and this was the only time I could pick it up as I would be going away for a few days. The man then held his hands up and said its not his choice and walked away from me. He acted like he couldn't have cared less which is just poor customer service (I have worked in both retail and hospitality so I do know what good customer service looks like). I am very disappointed.

Opening hours until 22:00, doors shut and locked at 21.55. Staff member advised all tills were closed so she was unable to let me in to make a purchase.

Rude staff, absolutely terrible service and with complete rip-off prices...stay well clear.
