We did a part exchange transaction and found that there was outstanding finance on the vehicle from a previous owner. This came as a complete surprise to all of us, however Somerset Car Sales actually resolved this issue for us, and honoured their offer. Really impressed with this company and they have proved to be trustworthy and straight in their Business dealings. Highly recommended and I will buy from them again.

I just purchased a 15 year old Mercedes clc. I paid top money for it, because it came with good service documents and somerset car sales gave it a full service and 12 months MOT, also 3 months warranty. I was really pleased with this company because true to the warranty they took the car back aand a fixed the problem with it, also provided a me with a spare car. So thanks a lot guys.

Brought my discovery 4 commercial from these guys about a month ago, when we arrived we asked to have a look to witch we were handed the keys and told where it was, we where left to look it over with out being hassled witch for me was great. When we test drove the van it had a few problems witch they fixed with out a fuss and we picked the van up a week later. After about a month the hand brake failed ( common on the disco 4 I belive) rang the garage they asked us to drop it up and they would have a look again they fixed the problem with out fuss and the van was returned to use. Dealing with this garage has been problem free and I am happy with the service they have provided so far. Would recommend them if you are In the market for a car/van

These guy are absolutely outstanding to deal with, brought a lovely Land Rover Discovery 4 from them and nothing was too much trouble.

Outstanding customer service - both sales and post sales. Bought a used Kuga from these guys which was a super easy process. Good price, good p/x and easy to deal with. After a month the battery died (no biggy, stuff happens). They fixed it quickly and provided a loan car for me while it was out of service.

Very good customer service and after care. I helped my mate purchase a bmw 335d from them and after 2 months it had a fault not down to any fault of there just bad fortune and they didn't mess about took car straight In for repair and both of us would use them in future as hard to find a reputable garage like these guys!

Spoke to a guy on the phone about a van I was thinking of buying. He provided the paperwork and a walk around video for me. My circumstances changed so I couldn’t get the van. He wasn’t pushy and didn’t get annoyed. Very highly recommended these guys just on customer service alone.

Amazing service! First time I had used Somerset Car Sales. I contacted the team during the week to enquire about a vehicle and as could not visit till the weekend was advised to call prior to heading off in case it had gone and to reserve it (at no cost!) until I got there. I received good service on the phone and very friendly and trusting service from arrival through to the sale. I would definitely recommend the team. No games, no pressure, friendly. A* service.

I bought a car from Somerset Car Sales a month ago and highly recommend them. I'm always a bit anxious when buying a 'new to me' vehicle as I know nothing but it came with a years MOT (from a different garage) and a 3 month warranty. They have large workshops where, if anything goes wrong, it would be fixed. Very friendly, reliable and efficient.

Having spent 30 years in the Motor Trade I hate having a Salesman on my shoulder constantly asking if I am alright etc. I rang in advance about a car they were advertising and made an appointment for the following day. I was given time to have a look at that car and all the others at my leisure and I narrowed it down to three cars and went into the Sales Office for a chat and get the keys to look further. All three cars were presented in excellent condition and I settled on one. I went back had a little haggle and bought the original one I enquired about. We arranged to pick it up Friday which I did. The service and MOT had been done, the car was spotless. I left a happy camper and would recommend them to anyone who wants to make their own mind up about which car to look at and or buy.

Having purchased cars in the past from Somerset Car Sales I decided to return and booked an apointment with John.
I purchased a 2014 vauxhall insignia. Nothing was too much trouble, I was able to test drive the car and take time to look arroun'd it. Before collection the car was serviced a new cam belt fitted a new mot put on plus a 6 month warranty. A few problems i pointed out sorted and all was good to go. I would like to say a big thank you for the repair to the air con system which stopped working. To John James and all at Somerset car sales thank you all for a great service and excellent after sales.

There was absolutely no sales pressure - just helpfulness and a car that was spotless, sparkling and with everything in tiptop order.

When the battery went flat it was collected the same day (without any fuss), and returned the next morning - living up to the promise of the 3 months free warranty that came with the sale.

When a phone call was promised - it was made.

And last but not least - every member of staff that we have had dealings with at Somerset Car Sales has been polite, patient, accommodating, informative and very helpful.

I have just bought a Landrover Discovery 4 commercial from them, the vehicle is excellent and upon me pointing out that it was close to it's cambelt change (showing 108000) and the front disc's were slightly scored, there was no hesitation from John the owner, the car will have a full service and the cambelts will be changed! (this is a £1000 job!!!) and the discs were replaced. This is just outstanding service, I can't praise them enough and the vehicle was very competively priced and in first class condition, inside and out. I am very happy.

Always excellent service from John and his team. Everything from trying out the cars to picking up the new one is stress free and no pressure. Makes buying a car simple and the service is excellent.
