Joanna was extremely prompt in responding to my enquiry and also booked an assessment for my son on the same day. We were welcomed into the clinic which was extremely calming and straight away put my son at ease as he was very anxious. Joanna explained what she was going to do and carried out the assessment and then clearly explained her findings and offered valuable advice. Would definitely recommend. Excellent service. I had a totally blocked ear after a holiday and I was in pain and had dizziness too .I was at the end of my tether.
I was recommended to Joanna at Norfolk Ear Care by the walk in centre .
Within minutes of my call I explained I was in trouble and Joanna booked me in for that same evening .
She explained, everything clearly and showed me my problem with her super camera .total eardrum blockage .
With care and patience Joanna used her amazing suction machine and cleared my ear completely .

I cannot rate Joanna highly enough. My ear had been blocked for 10 days when I came across her website. She replied to my enquiry really quickly and invited me to her free ear wax check clinic to see what was going on and decide on the best course of action (taking into account my current medical issues). She treated me the following day and managed to completely unblock the ear carefully and gently. She also removed a very stubborn piece of wax and skin from the other ear that I didn't know I had a problem with! Joanna explained everything she was doing together with advice on how to look after my ears going forward. Thanks again

I would give more than 5 starts if I could! I have chronic ear problems and frequent ear plugs so I am unfortunately not new to the procedure. This time though it was the most efficient, quick and painless plug removal I’ve ever had. Jo also recommended me some products I can use in sos situations which I really appreciated!

Found Joanna on Google and saw all the great reviews so tried my luck to see if she had any availability and she managed to fit me in the same day. I’d never had my ears suctioned so she explained everything first and kept checking on me as we went. She managed to sort my issue which wasn’t an easy job for her and was so lovely on top! Would definitely return and recommend to others.

Had both ears cleaned with microsuction by Joanna today. She is such an amazing professional, knowledgeable, warm, makes sure you are comfortable during the process and doesn't rush, explains everything in detail. Both ears cleaned today by a fantastically compassionate and passionate professional. Can't recommend Joanna enough for how knowledgeable she is in her specialist area of healthcare and how caring she is in applying treatment. Talked through everything that was being done, why and what it meant for ear health and will certeinly be taking her advice and returning to should I have any further at issues.
Don't trust your heating health to an optician, pharmacist or other generalist when the specialist is available.

Lovely lady and really knows her stuff! I took my autistic children for removal. Jo was so calming and my eldest had both her wax removed. She then did a referral for my other daughter to GP to follow up. The aftercare is brilliant, she is very clearly passionate about her work. Thanks again Jo!

Joanna is very friendly, professional and knowledgeable and was able to fit me in the same day, for a much more reasonable price than other clinics I contacted or have used previously. Next time my ears are blocked, I won’t hesitate to call her first, as it was a much more pleasant experience all round.

I needed an urgent ear wax removal after being diagnosed with blocked ears by the doctor. I was struggling with hearing anything and constant ringing in the ears.
Phoned Joanna and explained my problem and was offered an appointment within 2 hours! Late on a Friday afternoon.
Arrived and was greeted by a smile and the procedure was explained. A large amount of wax was removed from both ears. Joanna was lovely and carefully removed the wax in a professional manner with the emphasis on getting all the wax out with time taken not an issue. I was also offered a free ear wax check any time in the future. This service is highly recommended by a qualified, competent and insured practitioner.

Went to see Joan at The Free Drop in Clinic in Acle this morning to check my ears for ear wax, and yes, they needed doing. Made an appointment for the afternoon to have it removed. Lovely young lady, very friendly, very reassuring. A great service. Don't hesitate to go see her if you think you may need her services. I will definitely be going back when I need her. A 5 ☆ service.

After a horrendous few weeks with a blocked ear leading to days of headache, dizziness, nausea and a trip to the doctors I ended up in Joanna's capable hands! Joanna diagnosed the issue causing my problem and that I have child size ear canals (at 66). Undetterd, Joanna took on the battle and won! Joanna explained everything she was doing and continuously asked after my wellbeing!

My 12 year old son needed ear suctioning but with the 12/18 month wait on the NHS we decided to go private. I am so glad I stumbled across Jo during my Google search! From the minute we went in my son was put at ease Jo was so lovely she explained everything directly to him and let him feel the suction on the back of his hand. He sat so well and let Jo get to work.
