Ordered a Frog 47 for my son's birthday, without realising that the bike would need to pass through building and testing process. I called the Customer Service helpline and spoke to really helpful lady who chased my order and let the warehouse know that the order was required quickly. Bike arrived the very next day! Very happy with the service and ability to call and speak to someone who was very efficient and helpful (I think her name was Lena).

I did experience a slight error with the order, guys in customer service dealt with it graciously and swiftly, had the correct item sent next day delivery and resolved the issues there after. Thanks for your help👍

Had an issue with my cassette and needed a replacement super quick. I only placed the order at around 15:30 and spoke to a very nice lady in customer services who later rang me to say it would indeed be despatched that day and I had the delivery by 12 the next day.

5* I ordered front+rear Hope Tech 3 E4 brakes through Tweeks Cycles, well, I actually ordered the wrong ones at first (my fault) my error was quickly put right and refunded & re-ordered before shipment. Arrived next day. I haven't fitted them yet, but I've inspected them and I'm very happy. I don't usually write reviews but I had a good experience.

I’ve ordered a few bits from Tweeks before and all has been fine. This time around I needed to use a cycle scheme voucher and so needed to speak to someone on the phone. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the order was completed with ease. Dispatch and delivery was then rapid, with a bulky item (kids trailer) arriving within 24 hours of ordering

Ordered a mini pump and co2 inflator late one afternoon. Items were dispatched next day and arrived 2 days later as expected. Both items perfect and well packaged. Prices were good and delivery cost very reasonable (I choose cheapest delivery option).

I know there are quite a lot of negative reviews so I guess not everyone's experience has been the same as mine but I am very happy with the service I received from Tweaks and will happily use them again in the future.

I ordered some parts, Then they arrived i feel in the shortest time frame possible with the free postage option. Very pleased and will use again.

I placed an order online at about 11.30am for a Hope Fortus 30 front wheel. I was amazed when the wheel turned up (all the way to Scotland) the following lunchtime. Excellent service, Thank you.

Had some problems with some tyres I ordered I was contacted straight away informing me of tbe situation so i changed my order and all was delivered the following day.you cant get better than that

Ordered a few components which included a chain. Unfortunately the chain didn't have the connecting pin in the packaging. Called up and they offered a few solutions, we settled on me sending the chain back and getting a new one. 3 days later and I have a new chain on my bike all nice and sparkly.

I'm surprised at the negative reviews on here as I've had nothing but excellent customer service from Tweeks over the years and this being the reason I needed to leave a review. The prices for MTB components are always fantastic value and my orders turn up when expected. I've not had any issues that haven't been dealt with appropriately and in a timely manner. Personally, I can highly recommend Tweeks Cycles.

Purchased a bike, child seat and bike carrier from these guys through the cycle to work scheme. They were lovely and polite. Helped me with my purchase, I asked if the items I got would work together and they said they did. They kept the stock reserved for me whilst my company sorted the certificate. Gave them the number and it was delivered within 48 hours (well attempted but no one was home, can’t blame tweeks for that tho). Would happily use again

Bought my CUBE ATTAIN GTC ROAD BIKE - 2017 from the online store and i am very pleased with him! Awesome customer support, very well packaged! Arrived to my door on the 6th working day after despatch ( they said 3-10 working days for delivery to my country ) AWESOME. TweeksCycles are correct to their custommers! I talked to them by a mobile phone and they were friendly and very kind to me while communicating and also explaining me everything i asked and need to know! I really really recommend them! Cheers! Bought a Frog bike for my son, it was dispatched on time as expected (2-3 working days) and arrived perfectly. Really happy with the bike, delivery and customer service (I called up to check on its arrival)

Odd that the review scores for this retailer are so low, I was worried that the item I ordered wasn't actually in stock (Hamax Outback trailer), as it was sold out everywhere else so I followed up by phone and customer service answered with no wait time and confirmed that the item was being picked and packed. It was delivered within 2 days and price was significantly better than anywhere else, including Amazon.

I've used Tweeks cycles a few times now with no problems at all. Always competitive prices, with an achievable "free delivery" threshold. The stuff I've ordered has always been delivered reliably (by Royal Mail) in an acceptable timeframe and there have been no errors with my orders. Very pleased.

I don't understand why all the bad reviews. I bought a bike for my daughter's 6th birthday, and it was delivered in time, well assembled, the bike is of great quality, and I saved around £50 as the same bike was being sold for a higher price elsewhere.

I am delighted to share my positive experience with Tweek Cycles and their exceptional customer service team, led by Mike. Recently, I purchased a front light which unfortunately broke within the warranty period. I was disappointed as it was a really good front light, nice and bright. However, Tweek Cycles quickly resolved the issue and exceeded my expectations.

Mike and the team were extremely helpful in contacting the manufacturer to see whether there was an available replacement, and then promptly crediting my account for the broken light.

Their prompt and efficient service ensured that I was not inconvenienced for long. I was particularly impressed by their willingness to go above and beyond to ensure that I received the best possible customer service experience, by arranging a collection of the broken light for example.
