In fairness i am giving my rating on the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff and owner. I needed their help on something and they were very kind to oblige ....and that to me is usually a sign of how the business in run. Many thanks to them .

Lovely quaint pub/cocktail bar
Great selection of gins and cocktails
Big comfy arm chairs
Not cheap though
If they did pitchers or 2 for 1 cocktails we probably would have stayed longer

Great place to enjoy a drink, for us on a Sunday afternoon, cosy atmosphere, casual seating with the glow of a woodburner at the rear.

Had afternoon tea here.
It was very nice.
We would rather have had more sandwiches, we only had 3 and loads of cakes and biscuits.
Also the scone came with butter and jam not cream and jam like we expected.

Ordered an Afternoon Tea for my mother in laws 86th birthday
Requested a quiet corner and we were offered a small room overlooking the footbridge, she could people watch!
The service and food were 1st class and they offered boxes to take the food we could not eat home
Lovely experience and mother in law was very happy!
Would highly recommend!

I attended a baby shower here we were allocated the upstairs room which was perfect. The afternoon tea we were served was probably the best I've had, very well presented a good selection of both sweet and savoury delights. Staff were lovely and really looked after us.

Literally love this place. It's super old and qwerky inside, outside is great in the day or evenings! Bar staff really friendly and nice, warm atmosphere and everyone just does their own thing with friends and family. Love it.

We ate at the Church Keys last night. I don't normally leave reviews always seem to forget to. However the service and food was outstanding and they definitely deserve 5 stars. It's a really cosy, comfortable place with plenty of relaxing areas and open fires. The food portions are ample and every meal was fabulous. We will definitely go back there and think it's a hidden gem in Boston.

Very nice little place for a drink. At least 500 years old, if I remember correctly. The inside is very cosy and well presented, and the staff were brilliant. One member of staff was more than happy to show us upstairs around the building after we showed an interest in the history of the place. The beer served here is excellent. Its a perfect place to go for a quiet cosy drink.

Found the Church Keys by accident and what a happy accident it was. Fabulous venue, very cosy on a very cold wintry night. Great gin menu which we slowly worked through before ordering from the fixed menu. Good choice beautifully cooked and an absolute steal at only £10 for two courses. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this warm, friendly and delicious pub!

Went for Sunday lunch yesterday,we were visiting my brother who lives in Boston.
The Sunday lunch was delicious.
We had beef which was very tasty and such a great selection of vegetables.
The staff were very friendly and attentive, will definitely be calling again when we next visit Boston.

The food is superb. The service is professional and yet relaxed. Our table faces the church and the river. We tried a German wine and it's excellent. It goes well with our ham hock terrine, wonderfully cooked and presented.

Lovely, quirky old building. Very friendly staff and owners (who pop in occasionally). Food very good. We go whenever we can. Sometimes very
busy, couldn't get in yesterday, so booked table for lunch today (Sunday 21st August).

Definitely 5 *****
