I took my car in for a service and after the needing multiple things doing on it I decided to get the car valued to see about potentially changing it. I was passed over to Darren by the service team and he was so helpful in finding me a new car within my budget. He made the experience very easy and straightforward and explained everything to me. The whole team were helpful in sorting out my finance and trading my car in. I took my car for a test drive and was given all the information I needed. I left very happy with my car and felt very looked after by Darren including him checking up on how I was getting on with the car after a few days of having it.

I have bought my first car with Toyota and Liam and the team were so friendly and helpful to make sure I find the best match for me! I would recommend Toyota to anyone that is looking for a car, the customer service was outstanding and the team kept me informed throughout my progress.

He needed to had alot of patience to us,because We keep changing mind about cars etc. He and his boss done everything what the best for customers. Excellent service and communication from Liam Davis at Toyota Boston. Made my first dealings with a Motability car very easy, everything well explained and kept me up to date from start to collection of my car.

Haven’t bought a car from a dealer in many years, but on this occasion Listers Toyota in Boston had the car I was looking for at a good price. I visited for a viewing and met their representative Darren Watts who was very helpful, knowledgeable and not ‘pushy’. We went for a good test drive and after going through the usual question and answers I was satisfied that this was both the car for me and at the right price. I paid a small deposit on the day and set the wheels in motion. I was kept informed by Darren on the progress of the sale, servicing and extras etc. A couple of days later my car was ready and we finalised the deal and I collected my car. I am very satisfied with the service I received from Listers Toyota Boston and in particular the service I got from Darren Watts was exemplary. I would recommend Listers Boston as a good company to deal with.
