Went in on Monday afternoon was served by the manager I had got some Safeway products and the manager kindly informed me if I get another one it will be part of the 3 for 2 deal he’s running at the moment and he explained the deal to me and he also explained the Safeway range, he gave me a green card to leave a review but for some reason it won’t work on my phone so I left a google review instead id 100% recommend this shop. Great COVID awareness stickers, asked customers about masks and prices are a lot cheaper than they was previously. Keep up the great work, thank you for such a nice shopping experience.

Easy to follow layout during the coronavirus pandemic. A well stocked shop for all your essential items. I only bought a couple of things but felt relaxed to shop in there. The staff were friendly and polite and I found the prices very reasonable.

Thank you for been so caring to me and my Nan when we came in, the American man who served us was so helpful keep up the great work

I'd asked a member of staff if this was the place to pick up yodel deliveries.
"Ugh what now?"
I... Assume he's just joking around, so I sheepishly repeat the question, as if terribly embarrassed to ask him to do his job. He was not joking. He brusqely asks "so what's the problem?"
There is no problem, I just need to collect my parcel.
He asks for ID and digs around looking for the package, grunting and groaning.
I haven't used Yodel before and didn't know I needed an email code as well. He informed me slowly and clearly as if speaking to a 3 year old. I apologise and hunt for it. Meanwhile this middle aged man is huffing and actually rolling his eyes.
To be clear the shop was empty and he was just standing around not doing anything, so I'm not causing the business to grind to a halt.

I understand that these jobs are tedious and everyone has bad days. I don't expect boundless enthusiasm and a bulletproof chirpy Customer Service™ facade. But I am disappointed by this man's utter lack of basic emotional continence. This was on par with asking a teenager to unload the dishwasher.

The manager was so Ever so rude and racist cause he to all of the reduced stuff from the fridge and was said can we have is he was like no but some one else asked that want a Muslim and he gave it to the so I’m not happy please don’t shop from there and my friends mum goes there and she said the manager was so racism cause she was wearing a hijab or scarf and he was so aggressive to wards us I left every thing and I will never shop from there!

I ordered food via morrisons app with collection at this store.Few products were replaced and when I collected them I told staff member I don't want them and he promised to cancel them from my order and I left them in a shop.
And what we have?These products in my order,they are accepted,collected and morrisons take money from my account. Staff member just took them with him and I have to pay. I call it theft.
Highly NOT recommend that shop because of this staff.
And always check your orders.

Been going every Thursday but today refused fags because I had my daughter with me no different to every other week I been in same bloke serving as every other week what a jobsworth
