O2 Shop Boston

I visited the store yesterday and was greeted by a lovely lady called Danielle. I explained that I needed to change my phone but was reluctant as I had things on it from my late husband that I was worried I might lose. She went above and beyond to help me from choosing my new phone and sorting everything out for me. She is a credit to your store. Thankyou so much.

Went to buy a new phone, saw Sophie and she was amazing gave me lots of advice and advised me which phone will be best for me would definitely recommend her to anyone

Had my new Pixel 7a now just over week and having only had Samsungs in the last few years, I'm very happy with the choice. Sophie helped me decide on the phone and gave me various plan options. Very nice lady who I wouldn't think twice about recommending, if you're in the market for a new phone.

Sophie was very helpful answered all our questions took time to listen to us. I got a good deal from her. Very pleasant lady and she smiled at my silly jokes. Thank you Sophie.

My 13 year old daughter needed a new phone, as her Samsung was struggling. Sophie, at the Boston shop, was brilliant in helping me chose a new phone to meet her needs. She listened to what was important in a phone and discussed her current usage, to ensure I wasn't over paying for more data than she needed. She suggested various options, without feeling pushed into anything. She also pointed out that I could save money off my bill with the rewards app and even showed me on her own phone how it worked. I went home to consider my options and returned the next day to purchase an Oppo. So far I'm very impressed and more importantly, so is my daughter. Thank you Sophie, for helping me find the right phone for my daughter.😊 💓

Walked in the Boston branch needing help with my mum's phone, the gentleman with the beard was so helpful. He explained everything, he was polite and friendly excellent customer service thankyou so much 😊

My son wanted a flip phone because his last one was in the dinosaur division. Phone 02 and spoke to a lovely fellow called Matthew for help... so we went over to Boston to look at a few... I have seen many reviews of this shop and very negative ones! But can i say... this Matthew was nice to my son and put all his numbers on the new phone... I can only praise the person that served us... but I think most of the members of staff would help everybody if need be...😊

Got myself a contract with a phone at Boston O2 shop after an unpleasant experience with the "3" network.
It wasn't cheap but at least now I can get better internet reception.
John was very helpful and even worked overtime to help set up my new phone.
There was a hiccup getting my old number transferred and whilst John was away, Ben, John's colleague, was helpful and called customer service to sort things out, and even asked O2 main office to pay any outstanding bill occurred with "3" if it's O2's fault.
Highly recommended.

Went in with new phones bought elsewhere. Ever so helpful, they put our sim cards in new phones and even moved all phone numbers and apps to new phone.

Went in for a sim card, came out with so much more, the store assistant helped us with money saving apps, including 25% off our monthly bill

Visited Boston shop to reset tariff on phone. The staff were excellent very knowledgeable at their jobs, friendly ,helpful and patient. Would definitely return and recommend.

Went in to see if I can use my phone etc in America, great service, very helpful sorted me out really quickly.

Just brilliant,, fabulous bunch of blokes whoever you end up sitting down to discuss your phone with. We are fortunate to have met kenny who is so professional at his job, really going out if his way to find the phone that is best for you. Everytime i need a new phone or need help i always pop in and see these guys because you don't get the service anywhere else like you do here. we will always carry on recommending these bloke's to our customers... My sister needed help with her iPhone. Matthew who works here was very helpful and sorted out the problems. Outcome .... sister is happy, Matthew and myself know she didn't understand anything he said about the phone and will probably be back at some stage. Lol

Very polite and welcoming environment. Make other phone shops in town look ridiculous. Just joined o2 from virgin. Never will look back after the great friendly service I have received. Thanks guys.

My second visit to upgrade. Really can't fault the staff members who on both occasions have given me the right advice and been quick and efficient. Would definitely recommend.

Just switched today to O2 after decades wirh another provide. All the staff especially Chris, so helpful in Boston shop., got latest A90 5G and tablet at great price. Thank you.
