He had the car ready for me promptly, answered every question I had in detail, without me feeling like I was being rushed off the phone. Kindly came in on his day off for the handover. Top class service. I live 90 mins away yet Monica was willing to bring a car out to me for a test drive so I could avoid taking a day off. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and even though she’d driven so far wasn’t at all pushy. Sale and handover went smoothly, and retrofitted reversing camera works perfectly. Couldn’t ask for anything more from Monica or the showroom!

I recently bought an A3 from Boston Audi. Overall it was a great experience and I was very impressed with the whole team (as well as the car). When you walk in then you are attended to, made to feel very welcome and the team in there gave the impression of being very capable and professional. I collected my Audi TT on Sunday after a 3.5 hours drive in very bad weather. The reception we got from Lauren Issitt was lovely, very friendly and attentive. Lauren dealt with everything in quick time as she new we had the long return journey to make and couldn't have been any nicer. I originally had dealt with Adam Johnson who was extremely helpful, very organised and a good communicator. Adam ensured that the whole process went smoothly and that everything was in order for me to collect my car at fairly short notice (that also happened to be on a day when he was on annual leave) I have no hesitation in recommending this dealership, and being a lady that LOVES cars I have been in a lot over the many years of driving. Top marks for a Top dealership!
