Absolutely lovely staff members in this store!

We recently attended one of their free summer holiday programs where the children can handle some of the animals and ask questions. Holly was so knowledgeable and brilliant with the children. She let them handle the hamsters, guinea pigs and rats. Holly let me husband handle the rat and to my shock he got over his aversion to them instantly and two rats came home with us!

Holly was fantastic with helping us get all the equipment we needed for our new pets, taking time to Google information and showing other cage options on the internet. She recommended the loyalty card which saved us 10% off our purchases and was altogether brilliant.

Another staff member was also fantastic. Unfortunately I didn't get his name. My children saw him in store and were excitedly telling him that we were going to get some rats. He told them how he keeps rats himself and was explaining all about them. I noticed he was on his way out and he confessed he had actually finished his shift. I told him to go as he wasn't on the clock but he said he was fine to stay and help. He mentioned that two of the four rats they had were particularly friendly and docile and took the time to show us which two. Incidentally these are the two that came home with us.

Absolutely fantastic staff! I hope the company realise this.

Since getting our puppy we are visiting P@Home quite regularly and have gotten to know a couple of members of staff who always seem to remember us (and of course our little Lulu) and always make us feel welcome. Haddie (excuse me if that's not her correct name) always makes a huge fuss of us & always goes out of her way to come say hello. She is super friendly, super polite & always gives great advice or answers questions that we have. The store is great with lots of choice & the staff are always helpful & friendly. Ghe staff at the checkout always make sure we have used our phone app & ensure they can do all we can to save money using in app vouchers etc etc. This kind of staff interaction/friendliness is what keeps us coming back to P@Home.... Well done to you all

Great range of cat products and the staff were really helpful

Every time I've gone to this store, I've found the staff very helpful and friendly. We use to take our dog there when she was a puppy! Not many shops in town where you can take your dog for a wander round. I've always enjoyed going there.

Cheerful, helpful staff and loads of choice

The staff here are always friendly and try to help wherever they can. Often there a two cats in the store which are always so calm and act as a good distraction if you plan to take children. I got a personal tour from one of the cats which I thoroughly enjoyed. I made use of the online ordering and when I arrived to pick up my items all they had to do was check who I was, and pay. Efficient service and welcoming atmosphere. Only thing that could improve are the prices, however that is not exactly their choice to make, so the store itself is excellent

Had the pleasure of being served by Krzysztof at your Boston store on Saturday 01/10. Fantastic customer service, helped sign me up to your VIP Club app and help save me money on my first purchases for a kitten. Krzysztof was fun, informative, friendly and an all round fantastic employee. Would be more than happy to come back and have him serve me again - a very valued employee!!

Always have everything I need for my cat or I am able to order the things I need a pick them up in store.

The staff really know their stuff, they're always friendly and approachable and great with kids (when I bring my young ones in there), and I always leave feeling like someone has tried their best to help me out.

It is now 5 stars. when I got there several bits of my order out of stock even though website said in stock I got refund for 2 items but just had one missing and not credited. Since been back and got all I wanted. I joined the VIP club on the advice of thrnice young lady at checkout and got 20% discount on purchases, with more discounts and free food to come later.
