Didnt speak to the receptionist as everything was well sign posted.
Very efficient and clean! - Popped in for a blood test - was in and out in 5 minutes! Nurse was friendly and pleasant - paid 60p for parking- went to get the saba app - however didnt need to as there is a machine in the entrance that takes cash and card

Not for the first time I have received wonderful treatment and care at the Aldershot Centre for Health: an unbelievably rapid response to my problems and a full report within a few days. Many thanks to Nurse Pendleton and her colleagues who belie many of the criticisms leveled at the NHS.

Great visit. All of the staff in reception and radiology were superb, friendly, welcoming, professional. And free parking today as the machines were broken!

Visited the dermatologist department today for a photo scan. Staff were brilliant. A lovely nurse Grace who puts you at ease straight away and a very professional caring Dr who looked after me. Appointment on time all very effective and I know the next steps. Security guard on reception and the receptionist were very efficient as well.

Friendly staff lifts for wheelchair uses very helpful if your not sure where the clinic is that you need clear signage

I had read these reviews before going, so was pleasantly surprised. My appointment was a blood test. I parked nearby and walked in to avoid the car park charges. Reception were friendly & helpful. Check in was easy and I was seen quickly. The medic who did my test was brilliant - friendly, professional, and gave good advice.

I was in and out in walk-in-xray in 15 mins (waiting and X-ray ) I was extremely shocked by how quick. Followed by physio appointment within the week. We need more clinics like this to take pressure off hospitals

This review is for CAMHS on 3rd floor.
I wanted to praise Camhs for employing DR Tibs, he is a fantastic psychiatrist and absolute asset to Hampshire Camhs and our children.
Please keep Dr Tibs at Aldershot Camhs. My child needs a permanent Dr, instead of a mixture who seem to see my child once and then there gone by next appointment.

Had a really lovely women for my appointment this morning at 9:30pm was really anxious about my scan being done and was considering of not getting it done I don’t know her name she had grey hair can honestly say she was such a lovely lady really helped me through spoken to me and reassured me nicest radiologist I’ve ever come across Thankyou!

This GP surgery is very good, has excellent staff who are very competent.

Used for my postnatal appointments and honestly can’t recommend them enough. Whilst it was understandably a difficult time right in the middle of COVID, the midwife team were kind and caring. After a pretty traumatic birth they were there to help me and my newborn through the first few weeks. Rachel was an absolute angel and should I decide to have another baby, will definitely be asking for her to look after me again!

I needed to get some blood tests this week and had the option of going to Farnham or Aldershot. Aldershot was closer but having read the reviews online I was a bit sceptical. I decided to try anyway and got parked fairly easily. After reading the comments online I decided to get 6 hours parking just to be on the safe side! At reception I was greeted by a lovely elderly gentleman who couldn't have been more helpful and was very smiley! I took my ticket and settled in for a wait. To my surprise I was called straight away! The nurse taking my blood was friendly and made me feel at ease. I was back out in my car within 15 minutes. Fantastic service!

Health Visitors completed a Catch Up Vaccination for my very anxious 11 year old. Excellent pre communication. The visit itself the Health Visitors were so kind and compassionate and took time to calm my daughter. Most excellent!

Attended today and being my first visit was very impressed by the service I was given by Dr Evans and nurse, my treatment was a breeze everything was explained before hand and went very smoothly. Hospital was very clean and tidy. Parking was no problem. Thank you.

I live out of area but stayed with Frimley Park hospital group. To those of you who think Frimley is poor come to Portsmouth and find out what a miserable A&E department is all about. So far very impressed with treatment and timing, and I'm a practicing nurse. I arrived half an hour early for a bone density scan, before the half hour was up had the scan and was on my way home. Staff very helpful, friendly and efficient. Thought I'd be here a couple of hours so got the appropriate car park ticket, once I could find a space, which are limited. Be warned there is a parking warden going round EVERY car and issuing tickets.

Took my mum for a blood test, we didn’t have to wait a lot and the lady was very friendly.
Coming again today. I hope I keep my review the same.
Update: 19/09/18 I’ve been for times now and always excellent service, not much waiting to be assisted and car park is very good. I prefer Aldershot rather than Frimley.

Multistory car park across the road which is fair in price of you compare to other hospitals. Paid £2.20 for 4 hours, only thing is it is busy so leave extra time to find a space. Staff helpful in directing me where I needed to go once inside and the dermatologist I saw, Dr Cho, was really friendly and helpful!

Excellent service. Excellent staff especially the nurse that saw me. Amazing service. Parking no longer a problem as machine takes coins and prints a ticket to display in car. But it didn’t like my two pound coin or someone’s ten pees. Twenty pence and one pound coins are ok though.

As you would expect. Do not park a Harley Davidson in the motorcycle parking you won't get it out again. It slopes towards the hill. Brainless.....

The receptionist staff, nurses and doctors do a terrific job considering the number of patients and try their best to accomodate short notice appointments. Onsite chemist and onsite parking - 60 pence per hour.
