Waitrose & Partners Locks Heath

We had lunch first before shopping.
Had the festive hash with ham, poached egg and cheese. Delicious and will be making at home over Christmas period.
It's a bigger store than I remember from last time and fully stocked with everything a cook could want.
Quality always is top and staff super helpful and friendly.

Lovely big Waitrose, always well stocked. The store is modern, light and fresh. A particularly good fresh bread selection, also great for wines, cheese, meat and fresh veg. Plenty of parking and easy access.

So far so good ..
let’s see if I’m judged as much as the store in Portswood..
They do actually have a better section of fine wines .. than portswood..

Now I do remember. I stopped here to pick up some cash. I selected £100 - got £100. No surprise!

A great Waitrose. It's large, has a very inclusive range of wines, and the staff are great. My favourite Waitrose and I've visited plenty. Set in Locksheath, which is a great place for other items that you can't grab in Waitrose.

Be sure to visit Sotthills Bakery as its the best!

First visit today to waitrose in Locks Heath since last Christmas. Despite dreary weather we parked up and made our way toward the entrance. There was a queue barrier but it was quiet so we went straight in. Good to note postboxes near the entrance.
Inside there was plenty of COVID signage and social distancing as well as Christmas displays.
Walking around it was evident that most of the shelves were full and there was plenty of choice to be had.
Great to see specialist counters including cheese and meats.
Pretty quiet so we were in and out easily. Plenty of screens at the tills and the self scan. Picked up a Christmas food brochure and left. Worth a visit again before Xmas.

Great little waitrose. Easy to shop. Queueing systems in place and sanitiser at entrance. Good mix of product. Excellent wine selection. Friendly staff and free parking in the Locks Heath shopping centre make this a great place to pick up a few bits.

Excellent Waitrose, friendly helpful staff. Brilliant range of food. Fondu was lovely. Can also recommend the cafe.

The store is great with a grat range of goods of high quality. The cafe was poor. My wife is vegan and the only thing abailable was chips. They were half cooked. Very poor. I had soop which was ok

Good products more expensive than most stores but you pay extra for quality

Major attraction for local residents and visitors wanting a meal whilst shopping. Bright and inviting entrance with cafe to the left hand side.

A lot of my friend's and family wont shop at Waitrose.
They think it,s to high end market and expensive.
"I don't know why." The prices aren't high and the quality and stock is much better than some of there competition.
The range of wines, beers and spirits is second to none and on special days wine and cheese tasting is offed.
Waitrose own brands are very good indeed, good value and a vast range of choice. But for me the added bonus to the store is there cafe. Before setting of around the shop, a great all day breakfast sets you up. "Excellent".
The staff in the store all know there stock, where it is in the store and can't do enough to help, with a happy smile, they will even take your goods to your car. With free the parking. (Up to 3 hrs) All in a very good shopping experience

Wait rose has practically everything you'll need and at a very affordable rate. Sufficient parking space and good customer service.

Came here to buy some meat, the butcher was brilliant! very knowledgeable and friendly.

I chose the wrong collection date on the Waitrose website for a celebration cake and the website didn’t give me the option to change it (said it was already being prepared - for collection in 3 weeks time!) I went into the store and spoke to Daz on the customer service desk. He was amazing and sorted it all out for me. Panic over!
This is a great store with friendly and helpful staff and a good range of products.

Clean and tidy store but every worker looked happy and smiling which was nice to see
