This is a small shop/supermarket which stock many daily consumables and is very conveniently located within this area, as there are no larger supermarkets. So points for stock and convenience 👍

It's ok. Better than nothing. They are like a 1970s Spa, but expensive. They could do with moving with the times. Where's the dairy free items? Do you really need dairy in chocolate cornflake cakes? Nope! Asdas are dairy free. Do you need dairy or gluten in bread? Nope not anymore. What about eggs! Do we need eggs in everything? Nope! What about dead animal parts? Do we need those in everything? Not in 2023 we don't. Even their hot oven with bakes in it is like something from the 70s. Right out of Texas chainsaw massacre. As in that barbecue place with the rotisserie oven and the body parts in it.

Nearly £3 for stuffing and £2 for mustard. Literally everything is garbage food items that are overpriced. Like all the crisps and pies and other pastries. There's no dairy free cheese or chocolate, sweets or anything. You couldn't grabbe lunch in here if you were vegan or lactose, gluten or egg intolerant.

Staff blow seriously hot and cold. Sadly more often standoffish than friendly. It actually feels personal. One of several great things about a local store like this is being greeted with familiar friendliness. Being able to afford to shop there and have a variety . It's not a convenience if they don't have what you need and you can't warrant the prices. It's not nice to just go there to feel like you wish you hadn't t

If I could give 0 stars I would. The most rudest people with non existent customer service. I had an awful experience with their post office. Just hire people that actually want to go to work, the amount of misery on their faces is incredibly off putting. Terrible place don’t shop there

Was told last night by one of their workers to come in after 7am the next day if I wanted to post a package. Got there at 8am to be safe. Was then told the Post Office is closed as they had a late delivery. There were 2 or 3 of them working.

Despite me telling them that they were the ones that told me to show up at this time, and that it wasn't busy and it would have taken them less than a minute to post my parcel, they did nothing to help!! Poor customer service.

My wife of 68 years has just tripped over a pallet in your shop and injured herself. The pallet was on the floor hidden from view of the aisle. She went headlong across the floor. Only one person showed any concern and came to help (Kerry), even though there were 4/5 in the queue and 2 serving - thanks! My wife’s biggest concern was - no one moved the pallet and my wife had to tell them to shift it before it happened again. I went back in the shop to look at the pallet and then Kerry came and checked on us - thank you Kerry. My wife is aching and currently resting if you are interested.

Absolutely disgusted. Came in on Sunday to collect a parcel was told the post office was closed and to come back at 7am came back at 7:30am monday firstly no one was there to serve and took a while before someone came down said I had a parcel and then claimed it wasn’t there and that all my notifications were wrong was very patronising and wouldn’t try and help me in anyway and as I walked out threatened to send my parcel back. Not impressed at all

Never came across such rude staff before. Not helpful, not welcoming and make out all they want to do is to shift customers out of the door so they can carry on talking amongst themselves.

Awful service and it always seems messy. Good for a last last last resort!
