Car Park for Hartland Country Park

Love the dog walking here. Park in the main car park (lots of potholes and not that big an area) and walk over the road. The area is enclosed and safe for doggies to be let off the lead. Hardly any cyclists, some joggers but mainly dog walkers. Lots of small streams, muddy puddles and a few clean water areas. Paths not really suitable for pushchairs or wheelchairs, especially in the winter. Sometimes there are 4 cows that graze, so beware of the extra large cowpats!!

Lovely and quiet early or late in the day, busier on weekends. You can walk through towards Fleet Pond and circle that as well. Lots of ramps/viewing points to see the pond and feed the ducks and swans. Managed to get a picture of a visiting kite, quite often see unusual birds.

Wide open spaces picnic tables bike track and play area free carpark good for walking 🚶dogs 🕃 and 🧒

Great walk, lots of sitting for rest, beautiful trees. Hope you enjoy also.❤

Lovely place for a little wander. Can be linked up with other trails to make a longer wall. Will return!

Parked here today to do an 8.2 mile walk around Farnborough Airport on AllTrails. We did the recce on Saturday when there is a mobile coffee hut near the carpark.

Lovely area for a walk and reasonable sized carpark. Height barrier is 2.2 m so not accessible to all vehicles. There are spaces to park along the road if you can't get in.

Surprisingly nice, even with the background drone of traffic.

Lovely new forest park attached to housing development. Really good cycle / scooter track for kids and lots of picnic benches

Lovely refreshing walk , plenty of trails for the dogs & kids to run around .

Great for walking to Fleet pond and surrounding woodland

I managed to park my car and would definitely park here again even if I'm not visiting the country park.

Shame there is NO designated disables parking spaces.
