Europcar Southampton

The staff at the Southampton Branch , Ana and Lee, have been most helpful and understanding in my needs for the van I’m renting. The van supplied was immaculately clean, tidy and very presentable. Rehiring the van over the last few weeks has been trouble free and I’d recommend Europcar, and specifically the Southampton (West Quay Road) Branch, all day long! A* service all the way! Thank you guys.

In the midst of turmoil (due to a rail strike, multiple cruise ships disembarking and no cars available) the day we picked up our car, the employees, particularly Lynn, in the Southampton office, were extremely helpful. Our car was late arriving, but we had been forewarned, and were kept up to date on progress. Lynn took time to explain clearly the things we needed to know and sent us on our way. The car worked out great, was clean, and return in another city went smoothly. We would use Europcar again.

Awesome car hire at an excellent price. Pick up and return was quick and easy. Car was is great condition and spotless. Friendly helpful staff that gave no hassles whatsoever.

Over the years we have rented from Europcar on many occasions for our annual overseas trips. The staff at the various locations have been unfailingly pleasant and helpful. On one occasion, in the UK, we were sideswiped and lost the driver's side mirror. It was late on a Friday afternoon. I called and was told to take the car to the nearest Europcar office, which happened to be at Luton airport. When I arrived a replacemnt vehicle was ready and waiting and with a couple of signatures we were on our way. We will of course be using them again next year. One small irritant was a £40 processing fee charged for forwarding a minor speeding ticket.

wonderful team in Southampton, they did a great job

Our cruise got cancelled in Southampton two hours before boarding time, leaving us in a real mess and needing to get back up to Manchester. If it wasn’t for the efficiency of Lynn at West Quays Europcar things could’ve been so much worse.

Super team, easy paperwork & processing looking after my early start and thanks for the AMG upgrade for my one way trip to Gatwick, really appreciated the arrangement at both ends, which worked out exactly as promised. Great tip to fill up with fuel at the garage in town, no queue & no hassle.

Both ladies at the desk were really friendly and took our complains concerning Europcar at Stansted Airport. They improved our experience with Europcar which the Airport certainly destroyed.
