Enterprise Car & Van Hire - Southampton Central Docks

Rented a car from enterprise to travel to Scotland from Southampton. Was given a brand new car with only one mile on the clock. The team were extremely helpful and pick up and return was very easy. Also very reasonably priced for what I received. Would definitely use again.

Good service. I booked a car online for 2 days for business use, when I arrived they allowed me to park my own car there for the duration of the rental at no extra cost. Tony served me, great guy, well presentable, looked like he enjoyed his job and has an interest in cars. Good experience all round

Very helpful as our car had to go in for repair nothing was too much trouble even when I kept asking questions, car was great clean and surprisingly economic to.run Abbs was great said any problems not to hesitate to ring, car come with breakdown as well just in case.
We had Vauxhall crossland grand X great car 6 speed and all the electric gadgets you could want I would recommend enterprise for us it was a good experience.

Decided to hire a car from enterprise Southampton for a long weekend. What a great choice. Having booked and paid for the car on line, I received a courtesy call from the team a couple of days prior to collection which was nice. Upon collection day, I was greated by an assistant David Johnson. What a helpful, friendly professional person he was. He completely reassured me of my choice and the booking (even had a choice of colour) He took the time to explain all the controls and the automatic handbreak (first time of driving with one). He certainly gave a professional, outstanding service, totally satisfied. Thank you David!

The staff are brilliant, found us a car to get home, i can not thank them enough. Walking distance from the cruise terminal. We decided to rent a car rather than wait 13 hours for our booked coach, rang from ship was informed they only had a van available, when we arrived they found us a car. So happy 😊

On vacation from the US, I rented a car here and didn't get any of the hassle I experienced from other rental companies. Staff were really pleasant and I got a free upgrade from a C to F class. Outstanding service was easily a match for the US Enterprise experience. They even gave me a ride to the local ferry terminal. Properly impressed!

Great staff. Helpful, fun, really supportive. We were running late to return our car so we didn't have time to fill up the petrol, but they only charged us for the fuel with no additional costs.

After we returned the car one of the staff asked us if we wanted a ride back to the city centre. Really kind and friendly.

I booked a car through the website but then got a call shortly after from the branch to say that due to demand there were no cars available in the area. I explained how poor a customer experience it is to have a confirmed reserved booking to then be told there were none available. The staff in the Southampton Dock Branch couldnt be more apologetic and went above and beyond to source a car for me and had good news for me later in the day. Enterprise website shouldn't allow cars to be reserved if none available (I've never had this issue with Enterprise before so I'm happy to but this down to a one off - no company is perfect) , but the customer service I experienced afterwards can't be beaten. 👍

Can't fault Enterprise. Nothing too much trouble for them at all whilst my car has been in for repair. When I had a problem with the car it was sorted immediately, no questions asked and with a smile. Can't recommend enough.
