The Hestia team did a brilliant job. They were quick in removing the old glass roof and installing the new one. The finished condition was excellent and they left the space clean and tidy, following up with some assistance when I asked a further query as well. The roof has really transformed how my family and I are able to use the space. Definitely worth doing.

Really happy with the conservatory roof, I can notice the difference now we’re in the colder months, wish I got it done sooner, the work was carried out in a professional manner, and they worked hard all day to secure and make the roof water tight before it rained, the workers respected my property by keeping it as clean as possible, from start Ed came around to measure up, and gave me a very good price, no hard sell and was very confident in his product and gave me time to make my decision. I would highly recommend Hestia home improvements.

The whole team from start to finish did an excellent job in converting our conservatory roof. I can't believe how quickly the guys managed to dismantle the old roof and manufacture the new roof. They cleaned up every day and were so friendly. The room has transfromed the space and we just wish we had done it earlier. The price we paid was also very competative to other companies that we had quote, the job they have done is excellent. The building inspector also commented on what a fantastic job that's been done compared to some other companies that he has viewed. I would 100% recommending them and already have passed their card onto friends.

Our experience with Hestia has been excellent. Very competitive price, the overall standard of work was first class. The guys that fitted the roof and windows were great and left everything tidy each day. Communication with project manager also good. Would recommend Hestia.

Really pleased with our conservatory roof replacement. The salesman was not pushy and was very knowledgeable about the product and gave us lots of information for us to review before we committed. The project manager was very good at keeping us informed at every step, very friendly and professional attitude. The workmen were very skilled and exceptionally hard working and managed to complete the job in a few days. We now have a new room in our house that is so comfortable to sit in, we wonder why we didn't have this done years ago. If you are thinking of replacing a conservatory roof I would thoroughly recommend this company.

We are so happy that we had this done. From an unliveable Conservatory that was Hot in summer and Freezing in Winter to a really nice space. Already with these recent Record breaking hot spells the Conservatory is lovely and cool.

The Fitters were profesional, polite and hard working. Lawrence who was over looking the project was always in touch to make sure we were happy.

Just had our conservatory roof conversion completed by Hestia Home Improvements. We only wanted the outside done as the internal insulation had already been completed by another company about a year ago. After getting a few other quotes, decided on Hestia to do the work as their quote was the most competitive. The work was done in a day & a half & we are very pleased with it! Ed & his team were very efficient & hard working & left no mess. Would have no hesitation in recommending Hestia to anyone.

We've just had our conservatory roof conversion completed by Hestia Home Improvements. The work took longer than the planned 5 days due to a couple of issues, but mainly weather conditions. Lawrence & his team were very efficient & hard working & left no mess. Fantastic! These guys are amazing. From the initial consultation with Pete who quoted my project, he was very helpful and knowledgeable. Lawrence was my primary contact for running things, again top service and extremely helpful and organised. The materials were delivered the day before, the trades popped over to check everything was there etc .The end result is fantastic, the great yarmouth fitters were brilliant and quality craftsmen, along with the plasterers who also preformed an amazing job. This company has provided us with a conservatory to be proud of with a great guarantee as part of the deal. Lawrence the project manager was constantly on hand to assist and went the extra mile to ensure everything ran perfectly. This is a company you can be reassured will deliver quality results. A brilliant customer focused company. From Geoffrey in sales answering all questions and giving solid advice on the projec, through to Lawrence and his team who removed a plastic roof and replaced it with a wonderful tiled roof with a velux window and lighting in 4 days. A very good price and excellent communication throughout.

Impressed with the project from start to finish, special mention to the fitters James and Kian who did a great job, they were very conscientious and professional, the plasterer Edward, also did a great job and spent time ensuring there was little mess. Project manager Lawrence maintained daily contact throughout and also did the electrical work. Extremely pleased with the finished roof and will be able to use our conservatory all year.

I used Hestia to replace my glass conservatory roof with a tiled, double insulated roof with a plastered interior finish.
I saw some of the earlier posts about Hestia being excellent apart from the plastering, so I called to check and was told that they had replaced the plasterers. The new guys were really good.
I did all my due diligence before getting Hestia to quote (I am a naturally a cautious person) and everything checked out. I liked that they were a local company.
Overall a very good experience from start to finish. No hard sell from initial surveyor. Quote was great. Initial building guys were very nice and knew their stuff, same with the 2 plasterers. Manager Lawrence, was in contact at each stage making sure that everything was ok and going the way I expected. Checked the conservatory during the July heatwave (before the plastering) and it was much cooler than it would normally have been on even a regular sunny day when I had the glass in I am very impressed. Very pleased with the conservatory roof replacement Hestia Home Improvements did on my property. Ed, the managing director is an extremely nice & professional guy, who came to inspect his fitters work. Lawrence the project manager, a very nice guy too, kept me up to date on everything & was always there for any questions I had, he also fitted a light for me! Romas who deals with the admin side, was also extremely courteous & the fitters themselves were always polite & overall did a great job! I would recommend them to anyone!

We are so pleased with Hestia; the product, the installation quality and the people – all are top notch. They have been refreshingly professional and surpassed our expectations; the sales team were helpful, well-informed and not at all pushy, project management kept us up to speed with timings and progress at all stages of the project, and the build team were reliable, knowledgeable (and extremely clean and tidy). We would not hesitate to recommend Hestia for delivering a great quality product at a very reasonable price, and in fact, we already have.

Hestia replaced our conservatory roof in December and it's the best thing we have ever done to our house! We are so pleased with the result - now the conservatory is a room we can use all year round, it's actually warm even though it's freezing outside! I now use it as an office, and am delighted. Everyone at Hestia provided an outstanding service - Lawrence, the project manager, kept us informed at all times, and the fitters and plasterer were excellent. The fitters completed their work very quickly (despite having to start later than planned due to the weather) in freezing cold temperatures with some tricky snow and ice not helping matters.
