Lakeview Holiday Cottages in Somerset

Very good cottages, spacious and clean. The staff is very friendly and flexible. Very courteous, had left a bottle of prosecco and box of mince pies to welcome us. The linen was clean. We stayed in sleep 6 and all 3 bedroom sizes were good. Its a peaceful place to live, not much of any activities there. But if you like walking, there is a lake. WIFI is a bit of problem which management is aware of and working to get their own fibre. Overall very pleasant place to live especially when you are big group and can do a lot of activities amongst yourself.

Absolutely fabulous so tranquil and relaxing. The property is beautifully done to a high standard and very clean. we really enjoyed the calm and quietness of the area. With an amazing lake just behind the property.
And a big thank you to Bernadette who was amazing throughout

Loved the peaceful area and the lake for fishing on the grounds for staying guests too. Have booked to return.

We had an excellent experience here on our family holiday. The house itself was clean and tidy when we arrived, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. We needed some important documents printing during our stay and the staff were incredibly helpful and printed everything for us within ten minutes - going above and beyond to make our stay great. I cannot recommend enough!

A great location to stay close to all amenities. House was well equipped should put dishwasher in next to washing machine, would make holiday more relaxing.

Fridge wasnt great and wasnt keeping food cold had to throw away over £25 of food as it wasnt cold. Solution from site manager was to not put anything heavy in fridge door and put a chair in front of door to keep it closed, as it appears that was problem that door kept opening. Not great as then didnt Trust fridge to keep things cool.

Otherwise really lovely week and great for young children with lots of open space.

Rang up at around 11pm after leaving pontins because of the awfulness of it. Staff were fantastic, the houses are great, very comfy beds, great facilities. Stunning place with a big garden area.
5/5 will definitely coming back

A lovely place to stay, somehow it manages to be slap bang next to the M5 giving acess to everywhere, but also among stunning countryside, canal walks & in the middle of nowhere!

Very nice place & peaceful location. But no any shop, we need vehicle must during stay.

Been here twice now and was just as good this time as the last, beautiful accomodation, nice and peaceful and very successful fishing, will be coming back next year ☺

Such an amazing place to go lovely scenery and the perfect home from home I would definitely go again and recommend it for anyone for a weekend getaway.

Fantastic house, all mod cons, plenty of room, very modern, just 2 issues...creaky floor in master bedroom (annoying at night) and fishing was awful.

Immaculate accommodation with beautiful surroundings. We came for peace and relaxation and got exactly what we wanted! Looking to come back with the family!
