We recently needed to re-mortgage as our current deal was finishing at the end of the year. Mark contacted us in plenty of time to discuss our options so we could make the best decision especially important as the interest rate has increased so much! We were able to lock the best deal in at the time with a view to changing it nearer the time if a better deal was available then, which it was saving us £150 per month compared to the original offer. I have worked with Mark and his team for over 10 years and always so impressed by how attentive and knowledgeable they are. Just recently we were coming to the end of a fixed rate deal at a very volatile time with interest rate rises. We agreed a new fixed rate deal, but before it went live and if there was a change in rates that were favourable to us, they immediately contacted us and secured us a better deal. Without this service we would of just gone with the original deal, which would of been costly for us. So, with them going above and beyond, I never think twice to using them or recommending their services.
