Crayford Town Surgery

I have always found the receptionists very kind & helpful. Yes, you do have to wait a long time sometimes when phoning, but on the whole I find they do a good job. It's not always an easy task when dealing with the public!!

As much as i hate the e-consult and the long waiting time when you phone, my Doctor is really good, she gets the 5 star

So far I have had really good experience at this GP the reception was polite when speaking to me, unlonk the other GP practice in the aria. When engaging with the GP they been easy to get hold. I get calls for the practice to review repeat prescriptions so helpful.

Friendly, informative and helpful receptionist, nurses, healthcare workers, physician assistant and doctors. Thank you guys for your hard work. Been with you guys since 2020 and still great service.

My 5 stars are for Paula Ryan. She does see you on time and is very friendly and helpful. The Doctors never see you on time, so I do prefer to see Paula.
It is very hard to get an appointment normally 4 weeks I would say. Still not sure why they are constantly welcoming new patients to join the surgery? No surprise that it is difficult to get an appointment.

Very happy with the service I received from Dr Rogers. I was given advice and issued a prescription within a few hours after submitting an e-consultation. Thank you.

When i went through my chemotherapy the surgery were very helpful. I could not fault the staff.

Was very quick and efficient, went to the surgery to try and book an appointment, none were available but the doctor called me two hours later and prescribed me medication on the same day. Thank you for your help, much appreciated!

The appointment availability is somewhat lacking but otherwise I cannot fault the surgery - the receptionists and nurses are always friendly, courteous and helpful. You are not made to feel rushed and staff are happy to address queries.
