Maple Practice

I could not have had a more positive experience at this surgery. I have moved a lot over the years and have therefore used quite a few different surgeries (both in the UK and abroad). This was by far my most positive experience with Dr Farzana Shora, the regular Nurse (sorry, I don't remember her name) and the receptionists all being very helpful, informative and proactive.

Amazing service, I've recently registered with the practice and needed to see a doctor. Usually I would have to wait so long just for someone to answer the phone however reception here answer straight away. Given the current situation also I thought I wouldn't be able to speak to a doctor for a while however the doctor here rang me back straight away within 10 minutes and was lovely, Prescription was sent to local pharmacy also so was really quick! Thank you

I would highly recommend this surgery after being a patient here for a few years. Dr Farzana is always so helpful and the nurse Prudence is so kind. They have been a great help not only for myself but for my daughter too, thank you

Can't fault Dr farzarna & shora fantastic doctors. Don't have to wait for ages when phoning. Receptionists good & helpful wouldn't change from this practice 😁

I have always found the receptionists to be polite and as helpful as they can be and the doctors are both very caring.

Please see further down the reviews as to one I put on a few years ago when the service we received from Maple practice was excellent. Sadly to say, this practise have declined in their care and attention and decided that we are “suddenly” out of the catchment area. This is after being at our current address for 12 years and being with the practice for 31 years! Having been forced by them to find a new GP at a very critical time during my husbands medical treatment (as they are fully aware), I realise now just how bad their services have become and would never return to them. Would not recommend Maple Practice to anybody.

Not friendly doctors without training and no customer service they do not care about their patients and they are very manipulative as well as rude they shouldnt not even be a surgery. Look elsewhere as Dr Farzana and DR Usif very controling and have no respect for disabled or young people only two doctors no nurse and 1 male doctor that is not in the surgery. They let you run out of your prescriptions they remove or mess up your medical records of their system to find another surgery if you need anything urgent look for walk in centre/clinics. They don't believe if you are signed up with a referral to a hospital for your health or other medical conditions even if you show them or send a letter. This surgery needs an inspection from local authority or government that's why I'm giving them a 1 star. They like to start on you even with their one practice manager they send your prescriptions to the wrong chemist even you request where to send it. They also made us find a new surgery in 8 days but now is 7 days to sign up for a new practice when Caronavirus is happening!

I have just been to the surgery to return a prescription that was given to me two days ago that hadn't been signed. The surgery doors were closed. I noticed a sign on the receptionist window stating that the 'surgery is closed for the afternoon. Should you need to collect a prescription please go the office'. As the doors were locked I was unable to go to the office. I knocked on the window and a receptionist appeared and said we're closed. As this information was neither showing on the practice website or on patient services, I asked her what the Practice Managers surname is and she replied that she didn't know. Obviously I can find all staff names on the website, but surely staff should know their managers name? Maybe this particular receptionist need's more people skills training as this is not the first time that she has been extremely rude and unhelpful.

Never pick their phone, the appointments are always full and if you email for repeat prescriptions they don't give you on time until you call them to remind it always happens with us.

They are very rude to me and my partner and the drs and practice manger and the reception bullied me and my partner with our disability and metal Heath
And they remove us from there list with out our permission this dr should be shut down

Apparently I live too far away to join this practice, i live in Dartford 4 minutes from the practice!?

Very rude receptionist!!!!
