I recently purchased 2 bags of seeds from Toolstation, after a few months I realised that both bags were faulty as only patches of seeds had grown rather than full coverage. I went back into the Tunbridge Wells store and spoke to Ollie, he was amazing in helping me with the situation I was in, supported with giving me online email addresses and contact numbers for support with what I could do. He was great with following up with phone calls to see how else he could help, and also sent an email on my behalf to quicken the process!
I was so pleased with his help and support, fantastic customer service! Thank you!

I would just like to say that since I have been on furlough Toolstation Tunbridge Wells has been brilliant in supplying all of my needs whilst building a large shed at home. I have been a keen customer for many years and can honestly say everyone has always been polite and knowledgeable every time I have gone in there. Even during the awkward times we are experiencing now, they are always professional.

I'm a plumber based in Tunbridge Wells and use Toolstation on a regular basis. Online ordering and collection is simple and extremely quick if the product is in stock.
All the staff are very friendly and happy to help and I would highly recommend them.

Great, and helpful, the only place that had all of the materials I needed for my job, and I looked everywhere! Reviews are not easy at the minute as we can't engage with people as we normally would, but they did everything they could to help, during this covid time.

I like this place - I check in here first and get most of my needs - then I go elsewhere for the stuff they don't do........most of the low price tools are good enough for task and some are surprising good. Thank you for bringing this to Tunbridge Wells (The place least likely, in the UK, to stock any specialist tools on a Sunday afternoon)
