Absolutely incredible service! Ordered a few G-Fuel cans and protein bars, though one of the G-Fuel flavours i chose on the website was unfortunately out of date stock, possibly due to the flavour being discontinued, instead of shipping it off and hoping i wouldn't notice like other companies tend to do, i was personally called by customer service to be notified about the product.

Caller was very apologetic and offered to add an extra gift in the package as extra compensation, i said it was no problem at all since with products like this, you can get at least over a year past Best Before End before anything noticeable tends to happen, especially in sugar free drinks like G-Fuel.

Very pleasantly surprised with how honest this was, trustworthy seller for my future orders for sure!

Wow do they have the best customer service ever! Problem getting my order (delivery service/pick-up place fault) and they were so helpful, such quick responses, keeping me updated, communicating with other services for me, and very quickly resolved the issue by sending me a replacement with freebies, not to mention they generally give little extra goodies too. My Heart is warmed by how incredible my experience was, such a rarity now and it is so appreciated. Delivery is fast too! Everything is amazing about this company highly recommend. I've been ordering them for a few nowd and they've always been great.

The absolute star of my experience were the extra samples added to my order. These were not random, but carefully selected to meaningfully help me make a good purchasing decision next time. Awesome company, even though I'd found them completely by accident. First time ordering through you and had a hankering for the G fuel energy drinks and you guys came up with such a wide range it made my eyes water and my heart beat faster. Great value for money and ordering was quick and so easy! delivery was so much quicker than anticipated too ( ordered on Sunday 29 july and they arrived on the 2nd august through DHL! ). I don't normally do reviews on alot of companies as such but you guys deserve much love for the amazing service and quickest delivery I've had from an online company! I'm relatively new to the protein market but was so happy with the advice and products bought from Protein Pick and Mix . The chocolate and vanilla shakes I purchased are just delicious and I really look forward to them post-gym. They are also amazing sprinkled on porridge! On Our vacation in Kent, I needed to visit the Shop in Tunbridge Wells. As it is no longer possible to order from Germany I stocked up with a few Protein treats, that This incredible Shop holds in store. The range is huge and I found delicious stuff I am not able to purchase in Germany. I purchase in a lot of other shops but The Protein Pick and Mix is by far the best selected store I know so far. The staff is absolutely welcoming and friendly. This is a definitely recommandation. 💪

5* customer service, nothing was to much. I had a problem with my delivery and it was sorted promptly. They didn’t keep me waiting for my product and was quick with responses. I won’t be going anywhere else for products.

What shines through with this company is their customer service! I live in the US and this company is located in the UK, so we are not close in the least. I found this company by browsing my facebook ads and it was so intriguing that I just had to browse and try out their products. What an inventory! They have SO many goodies that I cannot find/buy in the US and have been wanting to try for a long time (PROTEIN SNICKERS!!!). I can't wait to do more business with them in the future. I had one minor issue with my order and contacted them via email. Within 30 mins, I received a response and they corrected it immediately and made me a super happy customer! Would 100% recommend! =)

I ordered a delivery at 2pm. We're Bristol based and as far as I'm aware their operation is in Tunbridge Wells.

The delivery came early the next morning. I have no idea what kind of voodoo delivery magic they are pulling to beat Amazon's turnaround using nothing more than Royal Mail.

10/10 - you know it's a good company when they're willing to bend spacetime itself to provide me with sugarfree coffee syrup.

Very impressed with the delivery time. Will continue to order my Skinny Foods items here where I can choose to pay for faster delivery. Having said that I only paid for the £4.99 option on a Wednesday so didn't expect to receive it before the weekend and DHL chose to deliver it Friday morning so impressive service from both companies. As I do keto I will be giving the site a closer look as it has so much on there!

Awesome website and the person who owns this company is so nice! I live in France so shipping is unfortunately very expensive. They have loads of products and yummy protein bars to choose from. Ordering again very soon!!

Absolute class company, order always earlier than the dates in the confirmation emails and amazing customer service. Never a dull order due to continually adding new drops on the site.

I usually purchase ‘’the skinny food co’’ brand via their personal website, but after a two week wait on my last order I decided to try an alternative way to get my hands on the items. Not only did I manage to get the items at a better price, but I cannot rate their delivery service more. I ordered my items on the 10th June around 10am and recieved them at 9am this morning (11th).. absolutely incredible service and will definitely be using this company again!

We always get our protein powders and snacks here and I cannot recommend them enough. Highly knowledgeable and very friendly. Customer service is spot on and tbh they have so many products to choose from. I won't shop elsewhere!!
