Halfords - Tunbridge Wells

I made an appointment for my car's radio connection in Tun_Wells. The man looked at it and told me that it was not the connection but the radio itself.
They did not want me to pay as they did not do anything. Very nice and professional the man who looked after my car.Honest people.

Really pleasant experience in store. Didn’t catch the man’s name on the till but he was really lovely and very accommodating to everyone including me, in store. Archie fitted my lights for me and did it in good time and was also very nice. Thank you to all for helping me. Merry Christmas

I was very impressed with the service given to when my brake light bulbs needed replacing. All the staff were friendly and efficient, and I was reassured by Basil's professional conduct. The job was done in a matter of minutes. I would definitely recommend Halfords for this type of job.

I needed new wiper blades no clue which ones as I've only just got the car the guy on the counter was very helpful and found me the right ones i done a quick search on net as you do they were cheaper up the road he price matched straight away
And even took old ones and box to put in rubbish for me

I had a roof box fitted today,they fitted me in earlier than my appointment time,the box was fitted by Archie,this guy had to build the box to start with,which is unusual. He built it well,then fitted it to my car,always chatting and cheerful even though it took him longer than usual. He was helpful and knowledgeable,I will definitely use them again...thank you.

Once again after popping into Halfords Tunbridge Wells, This time I was served by Matt and Rebecca, they were both extremely helpful and friendly. Always happy to help and support my needs. Everytime I visit this branch I am always blow away but the high level of Customer service. Thank you

I firstly visited the Tonbridge branch in order to get a bike puncture repaired. The member of staff wasn't helpful who bluntly stated that they didn't have enough staff to deal with my puncture. They wouldn't even let me go upstairs to look around the bike department. I therefore went to the Tunbridge Wells branch where my experience was the complete reverse. The lady in the bike department couldn't have been more helpful. She attempted to straighten a slight bend in the wheel at no cost. She repaired the puncture and was also very helpful in advising which wheel I should order if I chose to replace it. She also advised where to get the best price. As I said the difference between Tonbridge and Tunbridge Wells was like chalk and cheese.

Rebecca fitted a new battery for me, and advised on oil check. great service, friendly and helpful too.
