Comfoot and Keys

I had an antique locket engraved for a gift and am thrilled with the results. Billy who works at the shop, was so easy to talk to and provided me lots of information about the types of engraving he provides, he offered advice about what would be best for the metal and the size of font required. I found it easy to discuss what I wanted, he understood how to translate that to metal and the turnaround was super fast. I'm really impressed all round and would recommend this engravers.

Took my wife’s Louboutin shoes here to have the heel repaired and the service and quality of repair was outstanding.
A really good price, clear explanation of what they would do to repair it and a quick turn around.
With the shoes not being cheap the confidence they gave me that they could repair them via a detailed explanation of the work they’d do was vital to me being happy to leave the shoes with them.

Great service for a full shoe resoling. Took a rather pricey pair of Edward Green shoes here that needed a complete sole replacement, and the end result was great. Highly recommended.

So pleased with friendly and helpful service provided by Jerry to bring a special little desk clock back to life to display again. The case brought back to looking shiny like new, so now the engraving can be read for all three times zones operating with the replacement batteries fitted. Very happy customer.

The folks at Comfoot and Keys turned around an intricate and difficult undertaking within a matter of hours and took on experimenting with unknown materials at their own cost. They did all of this with a smile and provided truly excellent service.

I had a hiking stick and needed bespoke engraving – not only did Jerry do the engraving but also went over and above the call of duty by making sure the plaque sat into the staff so the corners didn’t catch on fingers and clothes. An absolute work of art. Not used them before but I cannot recommend them highly enough. TBH – Just really nice and caring people. Nothing was to much trouble. Not enough people like Jerry and Co around anymore. Give them a try.

I had a bespoke keyring made from material from a Soyuz rocket booster shell that had taken 3 crew to the International Space Station. C&K refurbished it for me and engraved it. They provided effective communications and confirmed what I wanted, then cleaned, polished and engraved it perfectly, as per my requirements. They went above and beyond and also posted it back to me to save me time (I covered P&P). Very impressed.

I like Red Tape brand shoes that I buy on Amazon and haven't had a problem before. But the last two pairs that I bought (both at the same time and then were stored in a cupboard for a year before wearing them) had a manufacturing fault. Not enough glue was used to stick the sole of the left shoe of each pair so after a few uses the sole started to come off at the back. I contacted the Amazon seller but got no response.

I took the shoes in to Comfoot and Keys to ask if they were worth repairing. He said they were, that it WAS a manufacturing error but that I would need to leave the shoes for a while for the new glue to dry. I picked-up the shoes two weeks later and was very pleased indeed with the repair and with the price of the repair. The shoes are as good as (what they should have been) new! Thank you to Billy who did the repair and was so helpful in the shop.

I couldn't recommend this shop more highly. More well-known shoe repair shops would have charged much more and I doubt if the job would have been so good.

The inscribed plates that we ordered were at the pinnacle of advanced craftsmanship and all completion promises were met; my son who has a significant birthday was overwhelmed and joyous.

Had a few pieces engraved by these guys at this shop and am over the moon with both pieces.

First was a heavy glass tankard for my brother's birthday with a "Cardiff City FC" logo and a message - looks amazing to be fair!!

second item was a really delicate wine glass (I honestly thought they wouldn't be able to do it because it was so fine) But they did, again I gave them the logo I wanted - it came back looking amazing !!
