My daughter goes to an after school club run by ClubsComplete, she always enjoys herself, I book online and I am particularly pleased by the option to pay using Tax Free Childcare. I had an issue getting a discount I had been offered recently and the admin were supportive and helpful, all booked up for another term!

I’ve worked for ClubsComplete for over 5 years. The company ethos is very supportive and each member of the team is made to feel an important part of the success of the company.
As a working parent, I’ve also used the Holiday Clubs for my children. All the club staff are professional, courteous, hardworking and most of all, fun! My children always had a great time.

I have been working for this company for 8 months now.
I love the team! Very friendly staff, helpful and informative.
I love my job role and the staff I work with are very supportive.
All of the staff show true passion and really care for the children.

Having previously worked for ClubsComplete for around 6 years, I can safely say that they are without a doubt the best in the business. The activities are always so diverse and they always ensure that all children learn and enjoy every exercise! Communication was spot on, all plans were provided for me and equipment always ready. Their pay rates are the highest paid in the industry and I was always paid on time if not early!

I'm really disappointed
I paid for the platinum package- theme pop party. Bouncy castle, food, venue, blocks, party bags, stencil painting for body and music.
This cost £763.00

-I felt underwhelmed on entering. If I knew lack of decorations I would of brought some
- no where for kids to eat not even a matt
- buffet food left uncovered so sandwiches bread was affected
- Bouncy castle needed management I had to put this across or the kids were going to hurt themselves
- no Matt on the bottom of the Bouncy castle. If a child were to fall off they would hurt themselves
- I felt there was no organization from the team.
- the stencil painting felt very last minute added at the end before people left.

It's just not how I thought everything was going to be after our chat on the phone...

- it looked basic and felt it. The kids made the most of it but I im embarrassed.

I wanted the best party and made it clear no expenses spared and it looked cheap.
I told her age groups and with her experience I hoped she would vision the room and tell me if it needed anything.

The magian was great but it started to drag a little. But still was a good show.

It was a supposed pop theme but again you wouldn't know if the room had a theme.

Really disappointed and wouldn't recommend

The girls themselves are lovely but I'm sorry to say what I have wrote but it's true.

This club is unproffessional. I booked a holiday club for my daughter for this May half term. I confirmed couple of times that the club will be running, lastly 2 weeks ago(via email).
Then last Thursday, they sent an email and told no club will be running at St Agatha Kingston during the half term.
Both my husband and myself are working full time, so how they are managing this, is unacceptable…
I paid all the monies in advance; they haven’t redunded it yer, still waiting 😕
Beware of this club.

I booked a few sessions at St Aidans primary school in Ilford. They never went ahead because not enough parents have signed up. I have called 3 times to receive a refund and they still did not give me one. They said sure they will process it and nothing

I have been chasing this agency for my wages for nearly a month now. Nobody replies to messages, nobody replies to emails and nobody calls you back. They are so unprofessional.
