Being a squash player for some time, I had shoulder problem which was badly affecting my game for more than a year, but after a couple of sessions with the correct exercises I am back to my competitive self, which shows the correct advice for injuries is very important, I would very much recommend this physio

Motorcyclist having knee issues when riding. Within my first session Darrin diagnosed the issue and prescribed me with various stretching exercises. 4 sessions later over 6 weeks and the improvement was dramatic. I can now ride comfortably for much longer.

I had a course of physio therapy with Darrin after breaking my elbow, I was given exercises to do at home in between appointments and my recovery was measured so we could see the improvements. Excellent all round, the whole team are super professional but very friendly, I would highly recommend the ProPhysio team!
