The Pilates sessions are superb. You feel safe to try all of the exercises as you know you are in good hands. There is a friendly atmosphere and Mike is very engaging. The classes are never boring and I can honestly say this is the best class I have ever taken. I am also noticing some very exciting changes in the way I am now able to walk, and my hip and back pain is really reduced.
My reformer classes are equally excellent and I feel that I am making good progress with Charlie. She is very knowledgable and the exercises are tailor made to my needs. The atmosphere is very accepting and I feel very comfortable in the sessions.

The mat work Pilates with Sarah is a fabulous class. Small numbers and personal attention, means you get the most out of the class. The reformer with Charlie is excellent, great knowledge and support to get the most from the reformer. A great place for Pilates, supportive, friendly and fun.

The Pilates classes with Charlotte are so good challenging but she takes her time to give other options that we can do. It’s so enjoyable and she is very good at explaining the moves too. Thank you 😊

Charlie knows how to best match the Pilates content to the abilities of the audience. She challenges us all, and makes it good fun, but we also have the benefit of knowing that we are in safe hands.

I used to see a physio for treatment regularly but since seeing Charlie and starting pilates and reformer I don't need any treatment and feel so much better. The classes are small so there is lots of individual guidance and I feel in safe hands. Highly recommend.

Sarah's pilates mat work class is a fantastic way of improving flexibility and strength with someone who knows our individual needs and can offer support where needed. its great fun too!

Really lovely classes that are well instructed and easy to follow. Lots of variety each week and good for those who struggle with movement as they tailor the moves to suit your issues due to small class sizes.

I genuinely thought that the chronic pain I was experiencing was only to be expected with advancing age. A few sessions of acupuncture with Belinda at Ashby Physiotherapy proved my assumptions entirely wrong! I'm now able to enjoy a full and active life - once again participating in the activities I love, sleeping well and feeling years younger. I can't recommend this practice highly enough.
