Great day out for all ages, my 4 year old loved all the pools and the slides that he could go on. The massive bucket of water that tips is great fun to stand below. Both indoor and outdoor pools are a nice temperature.
If you want to eat or have an ice cream/lolly or a drink then bring a few Pound as it's not the cheapest but that's the norm with these kinda places.
Staff were friendly and helpful. Definitely would have no problem going back again.

Absolutely brilliant, it’s in the higher price bracket for swimming and leisure but for the price you do get several hours of fun. The number of people allowed in the pool area is limited so it isn’t packed which makes it really enjoyable. With several flumes and areas for all ages it’s a brilliant family day out.

Fabulous stay with my two boys aged 5 and 7. Lovely and warm, not too busy despite half term, and food not too badly priced. Lots to do to make this a full day and would definitely return.

Great place to spend the day with kids. We love it. The changing room and toilets are quite clean. Maybe the food choices could be a little bit more.

Brilliant place to visit with friends, family, and especially children.
Both the design and the facilities are state of the art: good quality and safe materials, fun games, slides, water guns, buckets, water currents/streams to travel on, pools of various depths, plenty of seats and tables, drinks, food, snacks and desserts (ice cream), etc.
Anyone over 1.1 metres can try the large slide, however, there's quite a long queue for that most of the time so it requires some patience to wait for your turn.
The water looked and felt clean from morning until the closing.
The changing rooms and toilets are also clean, easily accessible and conveniently located.
It's very fun, therefore kids often play here until they get totally exhausted.
It is worth every penny of the admission price. I can only recommend it.

Amazing, we went on a Monday so was less busy and had no trouble getting on the slides - spent the whole day here.
Inside and outside water slides and chutes were fun.

This place is great for not adults and kids alike!! Hotel was nice, breakfast was good (all you can eat buffet) standard stuff but tasty all the same. Plenty of bars to choose from and lovely staff, they are all young but good. The splash park is fun for all, lots of slides, lazy river, outdoor heated pools and much more! It was clean and tidy and I’ll defo be returning!

Absolutely brilliant day out for me and the kids. Great fun for all ages. It was very busy so can be a while to wait for the slides but it's popularity is because it is a great day out. If you want to get on slides quick, super early or late on is your best bet.
Great day out and great value in my opinion (other than the food which is expensive and average at best). Don't forget the 20p's for the lockers.

Best water park we've been in! There are so many slides, interactive bits, places to relax..
Plenty of life guards too so you don't need to worry and the baby section is well away from where big kids would play.

This place is Amazing! The staff were friendly, the food was delicious(although expensive, it is definitely worth it!) And the slides were SO GOOD! I loved the flash flood slides they are short, but are quick and fun to go on. Master Blaster is an amazing slide, very thrilling. I highly recommend this place!

Although, there were a LOT of wasps outside, and I mean A LOT.

Absolutely fantastic experience. Took my whole family out to stay the night as well as a whole day in the water park. Staff were friendly and brilliant at the hotel. Hopefully we make it a annual birthday stay. It's the little things that matter like the heating in the indoor area warm atmosphere. Loved it.

Absolutely Amazing! We are coming here since kids where tiny and from then until now they are 11-8-6 years old. Great slides and you have a real sunny holiday feeling even I February when outside is cold and rain! Can’t recommend enough!

Great day out with the kids, waterslides were amazing. Master Blaster was the busiest slide, but went on it anyway. Outside "Hot Tub" area that's near some benches (River with heated water) it is. Overall, amazing experience in the water park and great day for the kids. If you have kids and going Alton Towers come here, it has water slides.

A brilliant last minute trip to save the Summer holidays. 🙂. This is a place kids would love. We spent 5 hours in the waterpark with our 2 little ones. Wasn't too crowded as the entry was staggered. The outside slides don't have a queue and the little ones kept going on them over and over again. Also great place to burn them out without the walking and queueing like the rides in the theme park. Food is slightly limited and expensive but the staff were great throughout and very mindful about allergies etc. They took their time to help. I think the best part of the place were the happy smiling staff. The restaurant downstairs in the hotel does a buffet dinner which was ok. But perfect to simply stuff your face after all the exercise. Will go back again hope it stays the same.

Absolutely brilliant for kids. One if the best I have ever been to. I have noticed that some of the features are breaking like the valves and water cannons. It could do with some added features. It still is a great place for fun, relaxing and swimming.

I really liked it. And the kids liked the slides. Signage could be better though, finding the entrance from the car park felt like luck. Then you walk around a conference centre a bit and suddenly it's there. Also queueing for the floats and then getting on then going to the slides could be better signed/ explained. Finally people reserving tables with towels is just annoying each with a sign saying no one can reserve tables.

Still a good day though

Buffet restaurant is good value for money considering the rest of the resort.

Great day out, family of 2 adults and 2 kids £62 for 6 hours in the sub tropical paradise.
Great value staff really helpful and children didn't want to leave. Would recommend going when most schools are off like we did. Food we purchased was great as well
