Beechley Medical Centre

Reception staff are so helpful and pleasant. Can always get an appointment although a Monday can be a bit tricky sometimes but can request a call back and speak with the doctor if that's the case. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Doctors are very thorough too.

This isn't even my GP but my mom's but I do call for her.I had few different gp's in Wales and Englad by far these ladies on the phone are nicest I ever met.

Never had a problem getting an appointment at the doctors. Don't agree with the previous comment about the receptionists being rude, they've always been lovely to me! Very lucky to be registered here.

Never had any problems at this surgery. The staff are lovely and the doctors have always taken the time to deal with me and I've never felt like your rushed out of the door. So greatful to be in this surgery

Very rude woman at reception, my wife try to register me at they center whit my id, first time they ask for my NHS no unknown at that time, second time they say I must be present there, in third time I been myself whit full form complete and my id, that woman still don't was satisfied and ask for proof of address, in all Wales and UK Id is enough like proof just at this centre not, in finally refused be register there and that women must think to respect everyone, no mater nationality or color of skin, from our tax thei recive wages

Very bad medical center, you will die before you get to see a doctor. Just awful.

Absolutely appalling. The telephone staff are like rottweilers and seem to be on a mission to prevent patients from seeing the doctors. They have no medical knowledge but make dangerous decisions about who should be seen or not. This causes dangerous escalation of symptoms due to their random decisions.

Awful service no doctor in surgery relying on locum and that's if one turns up! 159 calls before getting through at 8am for an appointment only to be told at 8.15 they were all gone! 5 days later and I still haven't seen a GP rude and unhelpful receptionist who really gives the impression she doesn't care one bit! No wonder the emergency department is over flowing! And the biggest piss take is the surgery get money for every patient on their books from the health board! They are not providing a service and cannot meet the needs of their patients. So why are they still taking on new patients when they can't even offer appointments!!! Thid practice needs reporting to the GMC its totally inadequate and unhelpful!!! Or better still shut it down!
