Paws Boarding Cattery

We booked our five month old boy to stay for a long weekend whilst we went away for our anniversary. We were worried because he is still so young but the entire establishment is like something out of a fairy tale! Lovely staff, amazing accommodation and amenities for the cats and such great value! We just picked our boy up and he was so relaxed and happy to see us which is a testament to how well he was cared for in our absence! We will use this cattery again and again. Thank you so much!

We have used Paws Cattery for YEARS. Even after moving further away we won't use anywhere else. Kathleen & her staff are wonderful. The puss cats and small animals are so loved & well cared for, and also in emergencies which is a reassurance. The cattery is so clean & immaculate. Calming music is played, feel calm and relaxed at drop offs and pick ups myself ! 😺 😊

Our cats stayed at Paws for 16 days. Kathleen is a very nice and caring person. She responds fast and fulfills what we need for the cats. She's very experienced in taking care of cats. Since our cats are very nervous, she's trying different ways to make them feel more comfortable, and tried different kinds of food to stimulate their appetite. She sent us photos of them so that we can see them from time to time. Since we sent cats half way round the world, we couldn't bring cat food and cat litter traveling with us, so I asked Kathleen for help. She's so kind and helpful by sending us everything, even a cat litter tray which I didn't ask for it. Thank you very much!!! I highly recommend this cattery!!!

This was my first time boarding my cats, so I was understandably a bit nervous. However, Kathleen and her staff were wonderful! You can tell that they all really care about each and every cat in their care, and they've got loads of experience in dealing with cats that needs special meds and food and such.

A wonderful, warm, friendly cattery that I could not recommend more. Not only does Kathleen go over and above in the care of our cat, she looks after the family too. Our young daughter has some attachment issues and was terrified to leave our cat. Kathleen walked her through the facility and got her involved in looking after some of the cats, making sure my daughter felt comfortable in leaving. It is these touches that make this such a special place, where you know you can leave you cat happily and securely. Our cat cannot wait to go and spend time there whenever we go away.

Our cat stayed here the night before a trans-Atlantic flight. She is now happily living in New York. We are very grateful that our cat was able to have such a relaxing experience before such a stressful flight! The cattery is extremely clean and the staff are very friendly and efficient, which was very helpful, as my wife was stressed for time. The runs are spacious and it is very nice that the cats have both an indoor and outdoor area. Moreover, I am happy that my cat was able to have a beautiful view of a garden just prior to her stressful flight. THANK YOU! We will recommend your service~

We had our cat with Kathleen for 18 days and Buddy settled very well during the time. The cattery got really good set up and Kathleen is great with communication.

My cat could not have been in a better place
Kathleen is lovely and clearly loves her cats. She was wonderful in helping me with a very difficult situation regarding the transportation of my cat to NZ. My cat was only supposed to be with her for a week. That turned into a month and eventually 6 weeks. She went out of her way to help me sort out the mess caused by the pet transport company I had engaged, even going so far as to take her to her own vets for a requested test and calling them for me several times for the results. In the end she recommended a more professional pet transport company for me which resulted in my cat finally being able to travel 2 weeks later. Kathleen was very caring and reassuring as to my cat’s welfare through out sending me photos and little snippets about her daily routine. The only silver lining in the whole fiasco was that my cat was being cared for by Kathleen at Paws.

Having used Paws Cattery several times for my cat I wouldn't send her to any other place. It's a clean, safe environment that overlooks the most beautiful garden and Kathleen clearly loves each and every cat there dearly.
I was very impressed by the welcoming attitude of the staff and the reasonable prices for lodging pixie there.

Kathleen and her staff at Paws also allowed me to collect Pixie out of the usual opening hours when our flights were delayed and have always been pleasant and professional.

There is a local Vet which Paws uses if necessary and this also put my mind at ease. Would highly recommend this cattery!!

Kathleen is amazing. She cares for my cats as if they were her own and she charges very reasonable prices. The chalets are lovely and very spacious, her garden is lovely and I don’t take my cats anywhere else (unless she’s full!). highly recommend xxx

I've used Paws loads of times over the last few years. It's the most beautiful and caring cattery Ive found. The setting is in fabulous well kept gardens with beautiful spacious runs for the cats. The cats are truly loved by the staff, and this could be seen when my poor cat had an ear infection over christmas. He was taken to the vet and cared for brilliantly by Kathleen and the staff. Its wonderful being able to travel and know my cats are safe. I wouldn't take my cats anywhere else.

Ive taken my cat here for 9 years now and i can't fault anything they do! They take amazing care of their animals, and really make them as comfortable as possible! Kathleen and Emily are very professional and even send me pictures of my cat to let me know how she is! This is a amazing cattery, you can rely on them to take great care of your four legged friend :)

I've taken my cat here many times and haven't had a problem. I was expecting a stressed cat when i got back because my cat is the definition of scaredy cat. The rooms are far more spacious than any of the others i looked at. All of this at surprisingly low price. I highly recommend this as a holiday hotel for your cat whilst you're away on yours.

The best cattery I have ever used. The owner and the staff are all incredibly lovely and accommodating. My cat couldn't have had better care. I'm only sad that we've moved out of the area and can no longer use them.

Fabulous cattery. Lovely clean cattery with super friendly staff (probably cleaner than my kitchen!). Lonzo is a fully outdoor cat but stayed here just fine as all the catterys have an outdoor run. When we went to collect him we learned the owner had taken in a cat from Grenfell tower until his owner is rehomed! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to anyone in need of some boarding.
