I have meant to send a review for some time now as the service me and my husband received in the Wrexham store is superb. No matter what we need whether it's a new phone or help with a problem, we still get the same great service. We are pensioners who are not up to speed on the latest technology, but the staff take time to explain things in simple terms.A big thank you.

Brilliant service - Polly listened to what I wanted and found exactly the right phone and contract without pushing unwanted products on me. The things she did suggest were brilliant - and she even fitted the glass screen for me. Thank you very much - really appreciated the care you took with me 😃

The staff are WONDERFUL. Very helpful, always willing to get you the best deal and the tech team always explain things in easy language. I've just upgraded for another two years with them and they found me the same plan that I had before but for around £7 cheaper. Their customer service is just as great too. We have the Internet with them too and ours broke one Friday evening, so because they couldn't get anyone to us till the Monday they have up 50g of Internet on our phones to cover the loss of the home Internet, woke up on the Saturday morning and there was someone there to fix our line on the pole. Vodafone are amazing, never had a phone company so helpful like them

Just wanted to update my review the very last time I went to this store they were very helpful and professional to me and my step dad definitely would recommend going to this store they have improved on the last couple of times I went to this store I definitely will pop back in to get my Nan’s broadband set up by the end of this year:)

The Vodafone shop in spain was very helpful with running out of Data on my contract phone he suggested that a spanish sim for my spare phone would last longer and so it did and still chat to friends and family

Vodafone's store in Wrexham town centre is a great place to seal the deal on mobile telephony, especially if en sites don't come easily. Knowledgeable help, rapid turnaround of equipment, supported by Vodafone's ubiquitous mobile coverage make for a serious proposition when organising your mobile communications.

Staff in Wrexham in total control giving me a level of service vastly superior to any other Vodafone shop I've visited. The online shop on the other hand sucks big time...
