Gateway Property Hub has been looking after my investment apartment since 2007! I moved to Australia and they have been with me through thick and thin and it has largely been set and forget. Not sure what I would have done without them and cannot recommend them enough.

I moved into my flat after an extremely tedious and stressful year long search for my next home: in the climate it was very difficult time for renters and my criteria seemed impossible….1bed, affordable, pet friendly with free parking!

The property was in good working condition and any improvements required I am able to simply report in the fixflo app and I receive updates within 12-24hrs!

All staff are professional and friendly, communication is always clear and transparent I’ve been treated as a tenant with respect and every effort made to ensure i have been comfortable in my new home, after 8 months I can certainly say… we (me + Bentley the sausage dog) love our home!

I started renting through Gateway last year. The whole process was supported by Kasia in the first instance from viewing to signing and the whole team have been great over the last year....from small to big repairs they have been supportive and communicated well. Brigitte has also been fantastic over the last year, she is responsive to all communications and has resolved everything that I have been in contact over. This was my first rental experience and we are remaining where we are.

I am a landlord and have trusted Gateway Property Hub to fully manage my 2 rented houses for the past 10 years. During Covid and its issues, owing to a faulty tenant's appliance a serious fire required one house to be "totally" renovated, being abroad, I was facing a nightmare, fortunately the team at Gateway Property Hub proved yet again to be an efficient, trustworthy, and proactive team, that I could rely on to be my ears and eyes on the ground, dealing with my "problematic" builder on all issues and providing regular updates, or quickly providing alternative cost effective contractors and supplier when necessary. I have used Gateway for many years. I have always had very good advice. Currently there are so many changes from the government regarding properties. Without Gateway's timely advice and update information I would not be able to keep myself up to date with all the new regulations. I also use Gateway for the management of lease holders. This part has really helped preventing conflicts between lease holders and safe guarding the building's repair ,and providing best possible living environment for all lease holders within the requirements from the current regulation.

I stumbled upon one of their properties in Zoopla which was already taken. Unlike other letting agent who will just drop the phone after that enquiry, Gateway Letting didn't stop there but instead, offered other properties that might be of my interest. TAKE NOTE: this happened during the pandemic. After the offer, they have booked me immediately for viewing for this lovely little lat that suites me, newly renovated. The application process was very smooth. After a week, I am already moving in my new flat. They have systematic reporting system so your concerns for the flat are attended timely. Their agents are also very responsive. It’s been a 1+ great year with Gateway. More powers!

Gateway letting found me suitable tenants within a reasonable amount of time and were able to select reasonable quility tenants as well. My flat has been tenanted for the past 5 years with no noticable gaps between tenants. My tenants have also been happy and any items discovered during inspections were raised to me so I could address them to ensure the property remains in good keep and my tenants happy.

Was a tenant through Gateway for nearly 3 years. The staff are friendly. There is a good system in place to raise issues and contractors were assigned to issues quickly. Ending the tenancy was straightforward and the full deposit was returned which was fair.
