Dosa Kada

Had a fantastic time at Dosa Kada. The owner and staff are all very kind, respectful and go the extra mile to make sure customers have a very satisfying meal and an incredible service. They were very accommodating to specific health needs. The quality of every item of food (especially Dosa, Biriyani and Pistachio Kulfi) that was ordered was top-notch, extremely delicious and out of this world. I thank God for Dosa Kada, and highly recommend it to anyone, because the food you get here will not be found anywhere else! You won't regret going here :)

As a chef hailing from the southern part of India ,Kongunadu region called Salem, my quest for an authentic South Indian breakfast experience led me to Dosa Kada, and it was nothing short of a culinary journey that left me thoroughly satisfied.

The ambiance at Dosa Kada is a perfect blend of traditional and contemporary, creating an inviting atmosphere for patrons. The aroma of freshly ground spices and the sizzle of dosas on the griddle immediately transported me back to the kitchens of my hometown.

What sets Dosa Kada apart is their commitment to authenticity. The menu boasts a variety of dosas, each crafted with precision and using high-quality ingredients. The dosas were not only thin and crispy but also filled with a delightful medley of flavors that paid homage to the rich culinary heritage of South India.

The staff at Dosa Kada deserves a special mention for their warm hospitality. They were attentive and knowledgeable, helping me navigate through the menu and recommending some hidden gems. It’s evident that the team takes pride in presenting the true essence of South Indian breakfast.

One standout combo was Mini Tiffin which contains 1medu vada which was very crispy on & soft in it,1 idli that was like malligai poo (we use to say in back home , which means it so soft & white in colour) small amount of Pongal it melts in your mouth !! 1 mini masala dosa & Accompanied by an array of chutneys and sambar, each bite was a symphony of tastes that brought back memories of home-cooked meals.last but not least a spoon of kesari(sweet).

I tried their filter coffee which includes in their mini Tiffin combo , and it was a revelation. The strong, aromatic brew was served in a platter with glass of coffee with 2 Parle G biscuits which gives a memories of a childhood .

Amazing food and service. We were a group of 8 ladies and ordered a variety of dosas and pooris and they were the best. The price was very reasonable. The freshly squeezed sugarcane juice was irresistible. Overall, highly recommended and would go there again.

The food is amazing! We couldn't be more happy with this amazing find in west Croydon .You will not leave there hungry or disappointed. This was our first time and will not be out last! The food is very authentic, cooked to perfection and the staff are just incredible.Please pay them a visit ,you will not be disappointed.

One of the best south Indian restaurants i had tasted in uk . The restaurant was clean and neat with good atmosphere it feels like having food in india . The taste was great and specially enjoyed the tea which served in a traditional dabara set which made a tears from the eyes , overall its worth for money and had some good time with people there❤.

Delicious food, perfect ambience. You can even travel miles to reach this place just to experience the taste of South Indian flavours here. Extremely friendly and warm staff especially Mr. Raman who made our visit even memorable with his cordial nature.

Food is awesome. Mysore masala dhosa and rava onion dhose are my favourite.
And the staff is so well trained and responsive. Definitely try once. And yes don't forget to have a Kulfi in the end.

Delicious food, freshly juiced apples, friendly staff.... Dosas to die for, sublime Uttapam and finger licking sauces. Definitely coming back for more!! The food was so good, I couldn't wait to take the photos, will do next time!!

@shruti @raman - Very much focused towards the customer. They do their best to take the orders and serve the customers as quickly as possible. I wish both of them for their efforts, hard work and their kind co-operation towards the customer. Hope that they get success and rewards for all their efforts.

I ended up at Dosa Kada early evening on a Saturday while searching for something to eat. I was shown to a table promptly and Shouti - who served me - was very attentive and helped with navigating the menu choices. The food came quickly and was tasty. I would definitely go again.

Dosakada, right here in the heart of jolly ol' London, is a real find for someone like me who appreciates good grub and a friendly atmosphere. Stumbling upon Dosakada was like stumbling upon a hidden treasure in a bustling city.

From the moment you walk through the door, you're hit with the mouthwatering aroma of spices and the warm smiles of the staff. The vibe is cozy and inviting, with decor that reminds me of the old joints back in New York City.

But it's not just the atmosphere that's top-notch – it's the food, too. Dosakada serves up some of the best South Indian cuisine this side of the pond, with dishes that'll knock your socks off. Whether you're into spicy curries or savory dosas, there's something on the menu to satisfy every craving.

And let me tell ya, the service at Dosakada is second to none. The staff are friendly, attentive, and always ready to help you pick out the perfect dish.

So if you find yourself in London and in need of a good meal, do yourself a favor and head on down to Dosakada. You won't be disappointed, trust me on that.

We are new in area, don't know where we can get food like home. I must say we had delicious food. They have really good staff. Special thanks to shruti she give us a good service. Definitely recommended.

I was travelling from west London and saw this restaurant. I had chicken masala dosa and oreo milkshake.

The manager greeted me, he was really friendly. I was served by a lovely lady who was also very friendly. The customer service was excellent. The food was great. Really amazing experience. I would go there again for more food and to feel pampered with the excellent customer service.

I ordered south Indian food and it was amazing especially hot chutney masala dosa and uthappam. Nice hospitality by the staff. The filter coffee was not up to the mark though. Would love to visit again🙂.

They have a buffet option, the meat is made to order for the buffet, instead of being sat to dry up in a food warmer. The bread warmed fresh too.
They have nice chai and lassi and even oreo milkshake. Ice cream puddings. Very reasonably prices priced and really tasty.
