Longcroft Luxury Cat Hotel Orpington / Greater London

We used Longcroft Orpington twice now and we have been so happy and impressed with Daisy. Our two British Shorthair boys were pampered and looked after with great attention, care, and love by Daisy. We received daily updates, photos, videos and a lovely postcard which we adored. Both cats settled in well and bonded with Daisy after couple of days. Even our timid boy who is normally scared of strangers, loved spending time with Daisy and getting attention and daily strokes. It was so nice to see them comfortable and happy around Daisy when we picked them up. We will definitely use this place again as we trust Daisy and know our cats are well cared for when we are away. Thank you Daisy once again ❤

Our Bengal cross has been to stay with Daisy on two occasions now. The facilities are excellent- very clean and well appointed. Daisy’s communication is excellent and it is clear she really cares about the experience her ‘guests’ have during their stay. We will not hesitate to use Longcroft Orpington again in the future. From James & Tasha: Our kitties absolutely loved staying at Orpington with the owner Daisy! We cannot praise Daisy enough - she gave us updates every few days including lots of kitty pics and ensured she catered to their needs (our kitties are very fussy and needy; they need constant attention!). We were very cautious about leaving our kitties in a place for so long given we leave them weeks at a time but they absolutely loved their little holiday.

The rooms are so spacious (we got the extra large en-suite for our two kitties). They have a massive cat tree (including a hiding hole), heating, windows and their own special cat bed.

Our kitties always come back so freshly groomed and extremely healthy and happy with some new toys to play with (thank you Daisy!).

We changed our dates quite a few times due to changes in our plans and Daisy catered for these changes with no problems at all.

We can’t wait to use Orpington again - thanks so much Daisy!

This was the first time my cats had been anywhere other than home. My older cat Luna being a very sensitive cat had me very worried and anxious for her.
Daisy took such good care of my cats which I could see from the daily updates, photos and videos. I was worried they may not want to come back home! When I went to pick them up after our holiday, both Luna and Salem were very calm but pleased to see us. Once back home they settled in very quickly and honestly I haven’t seen my cats so calm before.
I can’t thank or recommend Daisy enough for the care and love shown to my fur babies.

Daisy looked after Quinn while I was packing up my home to move abroad, and then up until his flight abroad a few weeks later.
Daisy takes such amazing care of my boy, and lavishes him with love and affection. He enjoys a night time turn down, playtime, snuggles, lots of grooming time which Quinn adores, and I receive beautiful photo updates through out his stay. He is happy and healthy, and I couldn't ask for better care. Daisy is an absolute star, I would highly recommend!

It was 8yr old Leo’s first time away from home for his short 3 night vacation and I was really nervous about leaving him alone. On Leo’s day of arrival, Daisy gave us a small tour of his room and met Leo. The room was absolutely spotless and the interior design was stunning! Very luxurious with a high end feel, soft velvet materials for the beds, aesthetically pleasing colours, ergonomic layout and lots of attention to detail. The rooms are gently heated and face a large well kept picturesque garden, there is soft classical music playing in the background coupled with nature noises from the garden. Daisy definitely has a charm with cats and Leo instantly warmed to Daisy. Leo was pampered with love, attention, playtime, grooming and now the bar has been set for me! Leo came back totally relaxed, I have never seen Leo look so happy and perky, it was as though he came home with a spring in his step. Daisy sent daily postcards including pictures and was so loving and attentive towards Leo and if that wasn’t enough, Leo even got a goodie bag at checkout filled with treats and toys! I felt silly afterwards for worrying so much because Leo clearly had a fantastic time. Thank you Daisy! Leo absolutely loved his stay and we look forward to vacationing with Longcroft Orpington again.

We were lucky to have found such a luxurious and caring home for our Siberian cat while we were away for a month.

We were worried about leaving our kitty for so long especially as it was his first time away from home but the moment we met Daisy and her beautiful cattery we knew he would be very well looked after.

The suites are immaculately clean and full of all the creature comforts a kitty could dream of. Daisy played with him a few times every day and it was clear when we picked him up that he was very happy, really well fed and beautifully groomed.

We also absolutely loved the frequent photo updates and picture postcards Daisy sent us - what a treat!

We can’t recommend this place enough and this is definitely our go-to place if we ever need someone to look after our cat again.

A home away from home, this cat hotel is outstanding, Daisy goes above and beyond to care for the cats.

Booking was prompt and easy, with very professionally coordination between the head office and the local hotel to ensure all travel and living arrangements are made to ensure maximum comfort and minimum disruption to the cat guest.

We were going away for a very long holiday, but Daisy provided us reassurance everyday through fantastic updates, stories, pictures and postcards. More than reassurance, she treats the cats like they are family, and it is clear from her endearing approach, that she really loves the cats.

Our Aswad is a 3 legged rescue from Dubai, and is usually extremely nervous around strangers. But was clear that Daisy spent a lot of time making him feel relaxed, and King of the Jungle. Our Aswad has come back so relaxed, and he's slipped in his daily routine so easily.

Daisy indulged Aswad is prawns, treats and lots of play, and we have already booked Aswads stay with her for next years holidays. Another great addition to the Longcroft team, if not the best.

daisy, who runs the orpington longcroft hotel, is an absolute gem and a rare find. she could not have done more to look after our beautiful kitkats, who were clearly loving their time with her (they don't love everyone). the entire place is immaculately maintained. all our special requests were catered for and we were updated very regularly with photos, news and postcards. when i picked them up after almost three weeks, they looked as healthy as they have ever looked, perfect weight and the glossiest fur. i will have no hesitation whatsoever in rebooking here whenever we go away. thank you daisy, from all of us, including the paws.

This was the first time leaving our little ones (2 young cats) and we were apprehensive about going on holiday and leaving them for 6 nights, but daisy really put our minds at rest and we were confident they were going to be really well looked after, which they were. Daisy sent updates which reassured us as well, while we were away. They had a lovely space with a big cat tree, cushions, a bed and a heater, with access to both an inside and outside space within their room. When I went to get them they were relaxed, happy, and very well cared for. All the other cats in there also seemed very relaxed and happy. We found it a really personalised stay for them, we were able to share every detail about both cats and how they are different and what they needed, and this was all taken carefully into account. It is clear that Daisy is very passionate about cats and cat care. Would recommend to anyone. Thank you Daisy!

Our two ragdoll cats Inky and Monty had such a fabulous stay at Longcroft Orpington that they didn't want to come home! Daisy is so caring and welcoming and put us straight at ease. We were away for 4 weeks so we really looked forward to all the photo updates of what the cats got up too! Thank you so much Daisy we will be back next year. Purrrrs

We left our 12-year-old cat Miko with Daisy during some significant upheaval in our lives. We conducted 2 trans-Atlantic moves in as many months, and didn't know exactly when we would be able to retrieve her due to COVID travel restrictions and quarantines. Daisy provided amazing service to both ourselves and our kitty cat! She kept us informed about potential future reservations so we could extend our booking as necessary and helped to seamlessly facilitate Miko's international transfer once we reached our final destination.

While we had many stressors in our lives during this period, worrying about our cat's well-being was not one of them! We were continuously reassured by Daisy's photos, videos and emails. When we got Miko back after her international flight she settled in amazingly quickly, which speaks to her state of health at Longcroft. In fact, Daisy's attentions seem to have cured Miko of some grooming sensitivities she developed during a bout of fleas a few years ago.

Miko stayed at Longcroft for over 2 months, and we couldn't be happier with the service. We don't live in London anymore, but if we did, we'd take Miko to Daisy every time!

Cannot praise Daisy & Longcroft Orpington highly enough. We’ve never used a cattery before and both our boys are older (13 & 11) so we were a bit anxious but we needn’t have worried. They were beautifully looked after and very spoilt!

Fantastic cat hotel.

We took our British Short Hair Eddie to stay at Longcroft for a week as our regular place was booked up.

Chatted back and forth with Daisy over email and she was very very helpful, reassuring and made the booking process so easy and informative.

You can tell they are all cat lovers, not only that as a lovely gesture provided us with pictures of our boy throughout our holiday, he was groomed regularly, given treats, had playtime and he left with a goody bag when we picked him up!

We will be using again in the future and would 100% recommend.

We had our cat stay with Daisy while we got married and went on holiday for two weeks. Daisy was so attentive to our cat for her entire stay at Longcroft, she gave us daily updates with pictures and sent us a lovely postcard on our wedding day. When we collected her she looked very happy in her suite and on her climbing pole.

I needed to find accommodation for my very new kittens shortly after bringing them home from the breeder. At short notice and with great care Daisy took in my brand new babies and attended to their every need. She sent little updates and pictures which was hugely reassuring, fed and played with them with warmth and genuine affection. Their 'hotel' room was warm and comfortable and safe, all top class. Daisy also continued with a specific feeding regime that we had started. Nothing was too much trouble, our kitties came home relaxed, well cared for and very happy. Our cats, Tom and Jasper, loved their repeated stay at Longcroft Orpington.

Daisy has a beautiful nature with the cats. One of our cats can be particularly shy, whilst the other one can be fairly grumpy. Daisy won them both over instantly. She also gives the owners plenty of time to see their cats settle and to ask any questions - fully understanding that we are more anxious than the cats!

Receiving the regular updates and postcards whilst we were away gave us complete peace of mind, especially seeing them being played with and lapping up the attention.

Our cats always come back far better groomed and are much more relaxed in the car on the journey home than they were on the drop off.

The goody bag is always a hit with the cats too - they are particularly loving the catnip frog which has been played with constantly since they got home.

I can’t thank / recommend Daisy enough. Knowing that our cats are safe, well cared for and happy is priceless!

Wow! I don't know where to start with the incredible service that Daisy offers to the little kitty guests and their humans. We have tried cattery's before and our boy (Cooper) was often left alone for extended periods of time, meaning he would come home very stressed and low. When I found Longcroft on Google I instantly knew this was the place to nurture and care for him. I am an anxious kitty mummy who finds it hard to be away from him but Daisy instantly set us at ease with her kindness and friendly smile. We received daily updates that were so gorgeous and to see our kitty feeling safe, loved and nurtured was so heartwarming. Daisy is a loving, genuine and warmhearted person who your cat will most likely fall in love with! :-)

We urgently needed somewhere for our cat, Bijou at short notice and Daisy at Longcroft Orpington was able to accommodate us. She was so helpful and sent us regular updates and made what was a difficult period so much easier. We will definitely be using Longcroft Orpington again.

Daisy looked after my two cats back in June, she was absolutely amazing. One of my cats struggled with catteries in the past but daisy did everything she could to make her settle and not stress!
The videos and emails helped me to not worry about them. I wouldn't chose any other cattery ❤
