The Sales manager was very friendly and helpful as was our sales associate. I have bought my two previous Fords from Dees so went back to them for a third one. They made the whole process very easy and straightforward with their friendly and helpful attitude. They gave us plenty of their time to look around the different cars, and happily arranged for me to test drive the one I liked. All my questions were addressed and I didn’t feel rushed into making a decision. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle it had been very thoroughly cleaned, checked and prepared, ready to drive away with a full tank of fuel, plus with their lifetime warranty and a service plan in place, I can look forward to years of trouble-free motoring. I highly recommend buying your next car from them.

Service guys always look after us with compassion given I have a child with special needs and have endless long journeys so I can look after my mum they always make sure my car is safe ! So glad I bought my car from this dealer and signed up to the service plan and lifetime warranty too.

I am sharing my experience with Dees Ford Servicing, my annual service and MOT. They kept me informed throughout the process and once completed I received a video the talked me through the work. Excellent job, I would definitely recommend them for servicing and MOT.

It was a great ,easy experience, Abdul Kalam is such a fantastic sales man, he looked after me from the minute I asked to see the car until me picking up the keys. The team is very nice, attentive and kind. I bought the car I loved .

I must say compared to other Ford centres in the area, from my experience Dees Ford Croydon is by far the most efficient. Luckily I came across Jordan again from Service. Absolute gent, he had my van booked in, gave me frequent updates and of course his customer service was A1. I couldn’t complain about anything. Again, thank you for the service provided, I hope I won’t need to be back anytime soon but if I do, it’ll definitely be back at Dees Croydon.

I visited Dee's today as my service was due. The staff were very welcoming and polite. My service was carried out very quickly. I received an email containing a video showing the underside of the vehicle, the mechanic explained very clearly all the checks carried out and also added a message thanking me for my custom which I really appreciated. I would highly recommend Dee's Croydon.

Very friendly service and quick turnaround time. Marvin was incredible throughout the whole sales process - he thoroughly explained each step of the part exchange and sale and gave me great recommendations. The process was seamless and far exceeded my expectations. I couldn’t thank him more!

Very happy with the service we received at Dees of Croydon. Worked with Abdul all the way through the buying process from the initial enquiry (after which he made a personal video for us) to having the vehicle delivered to our home a day after test-driving it in Croydon. It was all completed in a few days, including arranging the part-exchange. Abdul made what can often be a stressful process - buying and selling a car - feel super smooth. Been coming to dees for the past 2 years for annual servicing on my kuga great front desk cover all areas offered me a service plan and couldn't believe the savings I got from it also half price mots! You can't knock that one bit the videos are awesome and give customers a real inside look they never normally have
